I had a termite inspection preformed at my house, that had just went under contract for sale. All Pest spent a good amount of time inspecting my home, and did not let us know the results upon leaving. They wrote a report and gave it to my realtor, and claimed there was not "active" termites, but recommended a $700 treatment. The evidence of termites that was located, was a small board outside of our home. When a house is for sale, the bank will make sure the house gets treated prior to closing.
