A company that values service over profit. I called CPS about a bug infestation in my house. Rather than simply scheduling a technician to come out, which would have resulted in time away from work and money spent for me, Dana in the CPS office provided several no-cost, easy-to-implement, suggestions for solving the problem myself. Thanks to her, I was able to save time and money by eliminating the trouble myself, even though CPS gained nothing in return (apart from a future customer, should the need arise).
