A company that values service over profit. I called CPS about a bug infestation in my house. Rather than simply scheduling a technician to come out, which would have resulted in time away from work and money spent for me, Dana in the CPS office provided several no-cost, easy-to-implement, suggestions for solving the problem myself. Thanks to her, I was able to save time and money by eliminating the trouble myself, even though CPS gained nothing in return (apart from a future customer, should the need arise).

I have been using Chesterfield Pest Service for decades and they are a wonderful family-owned business who really cares about helping you solve your pest and moisture problems. Aaron was our technician today and is extremely professional and courteous. He remembered things from previous visits which was very impressive and he was genuinely concerned for the safety of not only our pet but also the wildlife in our backyard. He is a fantastic asset to your business!
