They did a great job as always. They make sure you get what you want. They are always very friendly and willing to answer questions. I definitely recommend them for any & all yard work, landscaping, and/or lighting work that you need at your home. They just did the mulching today, but they have done much more over the past 2+ years that I have been in Smithfield.

While some services we offer are feasible to provide in Hampton others aren't.<br><br>We take requests for service seriously. While we would love to provide every single service we have... all over Hampton Roads, that's impossible to do and still be efficient. At the end of the day that's what being in business is all about, taking care of our people and being successful. It's unfortunate that we're getting a poor review for what we feel is having the best interest for all in mind. If you saw an ad that was misleading I do apologize for that. I called the end of September to schedule someone to come out and give us a quote for the mulch beds and other landscaping ideas. The receptionist was very nice and said that it would be a few weeks for them to come out and that after they worked out a quote they would not be able to work on our yard until mid-late November. No worries, we've waited this long but i want to be on the books. We proceed with scheduling for someone to come out in a few weeks. Well, I leave work early and of course, no one shows up. I call Meadow to be told we weren't on the schedule. We have had an account with them before and discontinued using them because our neighbors who used them had very beautiful yards and the grass would be manicured but we never seemed to be on rotation with our neighbors and started getting letters from the association about our grass. We were trying to give them another shot but hey, not every business wants your business.

I hate to hear about this and I just tried to call you. Please call when ever is best for you and ask for Chris Brisson. I did pull up the account you had with us previously and saw where you called in two weeks ago on September 28th. The notes from that conversation state what you described we were at least a few weeks out.<br>But when I looked further there’s not a record of having an appointment set, this would have been attached to those notes. So I want to get to the bottom of it for you ASAP. Our office is very good at their job as well, so I need to figure out where the communication break down occured. Brian is great, but the service is not as good as it use to be, I have requested my grass cut low. When I get home I have patches of high grass and dandelions throughout the yard. It's not every week this happens some weeks they do a great job, when i do see that there are patches I take pictures and I call, someone there thinks that its a problem, It's not a problem when it's time to send out a bill every week. I guess I'm not suppose to tell them when my yard is not right but continue to pay and not tell them when it's not done right. Treat peoples lawn and their request like you would want to be treated.

While we have tried to keep your lawn cut as short as possible the last two weeks we haven't been able to do that. With the limited amount of rain most lawns are drying out. Weeds are not susceptible to these conditions and do grow quicker and typically cut unevenly. We have refunded your last visit as discussed. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. We have had problems for two years with the sprinkler system they installed. It has continued to leak. Last fall it took us months to get someone out. They repeatedly said they would come but never did. After many many phone calls, someone did finally stop by mid-fall 2016 and repair the leak and then winterize it for us. Now the system is leaking again. I just called and left a message, which was promptly returned by Chris who is now on his way to take a look at my sprinkler system. Hopefully they'll have it fixed up soon!
