Bee Leave Pest & Termite

So we have had a moisture bond (*national brand* pest control company suggested the moisture bond over a termite bond explaining they would see any current termite activity when they inspected the moisture) and routine pest control with *national brand* for 30 years. Each year, they reported no termite activity. We needed a termite inspection and letter certifying no termite activity for the closing on our house. *National brand* refused saying they wouldn't issue a letter if they never treated the house for termites. Grrrrrrr. Jeff Worley with Bee Leave Pest Control came out and did the inspection and issued the letter. He was very nice, prompt, easy to work with, efficient, and reasonable. He even trusted me to mail him a check!

Jeff came and went above and beyond what we needed to take care of our yellow jacket problem.Very reasonably priced and we decided to go ahead and get on the monthly plan.I highly recommend him to anyone that has problems with any type of bee very grateful for him

We have been monthly customer for this business for close to 10 years. Thankfully we have not had to speak to them much over the years. On the rare occurrence that I did, I was taked down to. This was no different on my call to them today. Currently I had to call them 3 times to try to get a bill sent to us. When I called on 6/11 to get help with this I was given the phone number for the "IT guy" & was told he would not answer but to leave a message & he would call me back. I call him on 6/11 & am still waiting on a call back. I called Bee Leave back on 6/16, left a message & finally had someone answer when I call them again today (6/24). I as the customer have had to all 3 times to ask for a bill for services from May & June. The woman that answered my call today was rude, insisted that I didn't leave a message on 6/16. She again told me to call their IT guy. I told her I was no longer going to chase them down to try to pay them. She proceed to tell me how bad she felt & they are paying Josh the IT guy to handle billing. She then tells me he doesn't call her back either when she calls him. I told her the new system was not working & they are paying someone to assist in them losing money. I expressed my concern that I was probably not the only one not getting billed but probably the only one reporting it. When I spoke to Jeff the owner, I answered the phone to him saying "I have to deal with this crap all the time". These people DO NOT appreciate honesty or someone pointing out something that isn't working right. After what I heard on the call that I answered today they also do not appreciate their customers. Please do not give your hard earned money to these ungrateful people. We no longer will.

Started working with Bea Leave last summer of 2024. As a homeowner I have read that it's not if you get some kind of infestation, but when. Since Bea Leave Started treating our house we haven't seen the first centipede or humpback cricket which were always pests in our den and laundry room. Also haven't seen any ants in the house whatsoever. Jeff does a great job, they treat you like family, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely impressed with the customer service of this place. My father in law had yellow jacket and hornet problem that he couldn’t get under control himself so I opted to try and resolve it for him. I texted my current pest control provider and he said that he could do it for us and would let me know a day and time but I never heard back from him. I went to google because I had seen their trucks around and called on a Friday after lunch asking if they had someone who could help before my father in law gets stung from messing with them. The sweet lady who answered the phone was extremely professional, kind and prompt. Somehow they managed to squeeze me in on the same day and took care of the bee problem quickly and efficiently. They also sprayed around the entire house during the bee removal. I believe it was Jeff and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch was very kind and professional. Thanks so much for your help and for being so professional and prompt! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend bee leave for pest control! The best customer service I've had in my search for pest control people and the prices were a lot better too! Jeff is a wonderful man who is eager to help and tackle any problem! Josh has also been awesome helping my family rid our home of bugs! I'm so so happy we went with them and not someone else. Our family will continue to use bee leave and we are talking about getting some extended familys houses on the schedule as well! If you're trying to decided on pest control people please please please give bee leave a call. Best decision we made!

I had Bee Leave come out to my house where yellow jackets got up under this wood piece on the side of my garage. They responded quickly and resolved the problem very fast. Everyone was so knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a contract and was mislead when we signed it. We paid a lot of money but the carpenter bee situation worsened for months instead of improving. Then we were told that we had the wrong contract and would have to have another one to rid the bees. We specifically asked Bee Leave if they could treat for carpenter bees the first time they came last fall. We dropped Bee Leave and figured out how to treat the problem ourselves for an hundred dollars instead of the hundreds we had already spent and faced with spending a lot more money with them. Don’t hide dishonesty behind “Have a blessed day.”

We have used Bee Leave for going on 6 years. Scottie is the best! Jeff and his team are truly great Christian people who care about their customers. They have been a life-saver on many occasions. Our Dog Remy loves Scottie and is always excited for his visit.

Jeff and Rob came this morning to check out my carpenter bee problems, they were extremely polite and Jeff explained the entire process to me and their work Is extremely reasonable, I will be using them again for their maintenance plan. I recommend them them highly. They are an A ++ Company

Can't complain about the service or the work that was done. Only complaint is that they just keep coming and billing you after your contract ends. Which makes me wonder why sign a year contract if it really doesn't end after a year. The receptionist was very rude and said it was my fault for not canceling after my contract ran out? Tell me does that sound right to anyone? She was very rude, hateful and just wanted to get the last word in. I am the customer and you shouldn't treat your customers that way because they in turn will find another company to do the job and refer others to another place instead of your business. I will do my business with someone else in the future rather than have a receptionist hell bent on arguing with me.

Josh came and did such a thorough and professional job. He sprayed my garage, basement, porch and all around my house. I had numerous spiders and webs and he took care of it all. Also he sprayed the in ground hornets nest in my yard. Highly recommend.

Noticed hornets on the back porch but couldn't see their nest. Jeff came out the same day and was able to locate two separate nests housing two different kinds of hornets. He also took care of a yellow jacket nest the same day. I am so grateful for the professional and responsive service I received from Bee Leave!

Woke up to a few Yellowjackets inside our house and a massive swarm on the porch right by our front door. Bee Leave was able to come remedy the problem just a few hours after I called and were very knowledgeable. Not only was it a quick response time but the treatment was done in a timely manner and with care. He even advised us how to help prevent a future invasion (they were nesting inside the soffit). By the time they were done the porch looked as good as new, and the wasps were no longer an issue. It was such a relief to get our porch back so quickly as we had company coming for dinner that night! Thanks Bee Leave! Highly recommend!

Terrible company! I'm having issues with my father(he's dying) in New England and their forceing a contract on me! And squeezing 450 bucks from me! There's better companies out there!they even forgot to do a couple of things, they said they were gonna do when they got at my house! anyway but it doesn't matter because I'm having family problems and they care about their money more then anything else! Well family over anything else for me. That's terrible terrible business practice to try and put that on someone! And they're church going people ain't no way!

The very first appointment with this place was wonderful. Its been a nightmare since then!!! Contract cannot end soon enough!!!!
