I recently acquired my mother's home and called Bugmasters regarding her contract. I requested that her contract be cancelled. I was then directed to the owner who asked me why I wanted to end the contract. I said that I was the new owner and wanted to go with Morgan's who is based locally (and is much cheaper by the way). At that point the owner said I was being "hostile" and he baited me into an argument. The owner then conveniently started recording the conversation after he started an argument with me as his "evidence" of my rude and erratic behavior. The owner then left a lengthy voicemail on my phone clearly trying to bait me into another confrontation. The owner is very unprofessional and rude! Don't disagree with him because you will be considered hostile and erratic! I had to give him 1 star or my review wouldn't post!

To clarify, all interactions were recorded, with my office manager present for transparency. When legal agreements are involved, we require appropriate documentation, such as proof of power of attorney, to ensure compliance with legal standards. This is standard practice in protecting our clients and our business.<br><br>We were prepared to honor your mother’s cancellation request. However, outstanding services and account delinquency needed to be addressed as part of the process. This matter has now been forwarded to our collections attorney, and you will receive the appropriate legal communication shortly.<br><br>Additionally, we kindly request that all future correspondence be directed through proper channels, as repeated calls and texts to personal numbers after a request to cease can be considered harassment.<br><br>We value respectful and professional interactions with all our clients and strive to maintain a high standard of service. Your feedback will be reviewed to help us improve.<br><br>

Very quick responce, polite and professional service. At their own risk voluntarily moved the car away from the horses to keep them from getting stung. Highly recomend.
