I’ve been using this company for years. They are always quick with appointments, on time, and are great people. Anytime I need an inspection or anything I always call them.

He did a great job the only issue was getting in touch with him for the second appointment. Once we did get in touch with him he came and finished up the job and was very nice.

Made two appointments with Donny at H&R Pest. He never showed. He doesn’t answer his phone only texts. When I text asking if he was meeting today since he was two hours late, I got a response asking who I was. If he would have read the previous messages, he would have seen where is scheduled the appointment. He never called or messaged after. I move to another company that seems great so far. Don’t waste your time with the unprofessionalism.

Mrs. Mcleod, I am sorry you had a bad experience. Our Technician(s) don't have access to our data base (for your security) and as a result all he could recognize when you called was that a call was coming in. The times he had scheduled to visit your location were not completed due to one of the days it was raining and the other was because there was 14 inches of snow on the ground. it would have been a waste of your money to treat your location during those times. I do wish you had called the office directly if you had a problem and we could have explained the problem and dealt with you directly to resolve any issues. We are glad that you found someone else to take care of your pest control and wish you well. I have to take issue with your comment that we are not professional, I don't think we would have been able to stay in business the past 10 years if that was the case.
