Veteran Pest and Wildlife Services is exceptional. I can honestly say with simple appreciation, theirs is the rare business that reminds us what customer care could be, perhaps once was, but almost never is. I called about squirrels within walls. Charlie, the technician, let me know exactly what was happening with my roof, explaining what had to be and did not have to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable about wildlife and the impacts on homes, and very patiently addressed all my questions. Thanks, VPWS.

Kim was extremely helpful in assisting us with the removal of a large dead deer that was stuck over the fence. She responded quickly, handled the situation in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price as well. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone needing wildlife help.

We reached out to Veteran Pest & Wildlife to help us with possible squirrels in our attic. Everyone we've interacted with at Veteran Pest has been fantastic, from Kimberley in the office to Enrique and Destiny in the field. Enrique and Destiny inspected inside and outside to find all the places that squirrels or mice may be entering the house, and provided clear explanations of their findings (and showed us all that they could). They clearly explained all steps in the process, and have been very professional, courteous and friendly. They've been back multiple times over the Christmas holiday season to check traps and to close the traps when they couldn't make it back for a few days. We're very happy with service from Veteran Pest & Wildlife!

Enrique did a great job for me. I had mice and rats in my shed, garage, and crawl space. After inspecting the attic, Enrique also found evidence of squirrels in my attic. After two months, my house and shed are pest free. I also know how to look for signs that pests may be back. Veteran Pest does thorough work.

When I have to change a prescheduled appointment it is never a problem. The technicians always alert me when they are close to arriving. I've been using Veteran Pest & Wildlife as our home exterminator for quite a few years now. They proactively schedule my three month appointments. The same trusted technician (Sean) comes every visit to do the work. Billing happens automatically on my credit card. In other words, from start to finish, year after year, I don't have to think about it. It all happens like clockwork. Importantly, since the first visit, our home has been wonderfully free of pests. Big fans of them, and strongly recommend them to everyone reading this.

The company sent out somebody to do services, the pest inspector didn't have on proper attire nor was professional. The owner is absurdly rude and has hung up on me several times and the receptionist has an nasty phone attitude. They will give you one price over the phone but tell you something completely different in person. Highly do not recommend this company. Morgan the owner needs to do better professionally this matter will be reported to the better business bureau of Virginia.

I’m disappointed in this company given the reviews before enlisting in their service. I definitely expected more of a thorough inspection and follow up but that was not what we got. This is no slight at the guy who came out because he was a really down to earth and likable guy but all the initial inspection of our home was to lay down bait stations. Did not look for openings or track where the mouse that keeps invading our home pops up from. Only made assumptions based on what I told him where I keep seeing the mouse and found it’s droppings. After 3 weeks came the follow up and none of the bait stations placed inside our home were entered, only the 1 bait station outside showed activity. Initially we thought things worked out because half way between the inspection and the follow up we didn’t see any mouse activity but literally 1 day after the follow up? The mouse casually crept into our kitchen and living room while we were watching a movie. My wife is FURIOUS about this result and the service we got, especially since we had to pay $325. I have been trying to get back in contact with this company and barely anyone picks up the phone. Someone called Morgan called back once but I was working when I missed his call but I have left him 2 messages since then and no call back in over a week. Thus is the reason why I decided to leave this bad review because this is unacceptable.

Did not work for us! .. They did a nice follow up but still it did not work. They called and offered conciliation to make it up but I want to try something different and trying DYI for now!
