I signed on with this company because I was approached by Dave who has knowledge but is the father of the owner of this company. He’s old school a great guy! But unfortunately his son Breyden owns the company and is a real snappy smart mouth young punk who does not know how to treat his customers and always answers questions with attitude! I was with the company for only two season years! The overall service and treatment on the lawn and fertilizer was ok. But weed control on edges are not done and you will still have dandelions growing in edges and corners. But the spiders spray sucks! I still had spiders no matter how much they sprayed! I definitely don’t recommend it as it’s not worth the money! The younger brother is a nice young man. He aims to please, but if you don’t specifically tell him not to move your whole backyard for spider spray, believe me , you’ll have to rearrange everything when you get home! In 2024 I paid 606.91 for the year , in 2025 I paid 642.42 for the year. This year they wanted 855.50!!! It’s not worth it!!! Especially considering the items above. I do not recommend Green IQ lawn care. And I’m sure you will see a lengthy explanation from smart mouth Breyden the owner after this is posted! He rudely has all the answers!!! 👍✅👎🏻

Julie, I’m sorry that this is how you feel. <br><br>We absolutely take feedback seriously, which is why I want to provide some context. Over the two seasons we serviced your property, every visit was documented with photos, and we never received a service request, callback, or complaint regarding weeds, lawn quality, or spider control. In fact, up until the day you canceled, you shared with us that your neighbors regularly complimented your lawn, that it was the best on the block, and that you were considering referring us to them for the upcoming season. That’s why the concerns raised here were unexpected.<br><br>Regarding spider control, our standard process involves creating a proper barrier around the structure. That sometimes requires temporarily moving items away from the foundation so we can apply the product thoroughly and avoid spraying personal belongings. This is done intentionally and with care, not casually. When you asked that items not be moved, we immediately noted your account and adjusted our approach going forward.<br><br>As for weeds, our program is built to keep lawns full, green, and largely weed-free, which is how your lawn consistently looked while we were servicing it. Spring dandelions can still pop up from time to time, even in well-maintained lawns, which is why we encourage clients to reach out between visits so we can take care of them under our service warranty. We were never contacted to do so in your case. Weed control is something we stand behind and is a key reason for our strong reviews.<br><br>On pricing, when you originally signed on, we matched the pricing of your previous provider even though our standard rates were higher. We did that as a courtesy to earn your trust and show you the difference in service and results. In your second year, we again extended discounted pricing. This year’s adjustment reflected a combination of rising material costs industry-wide, as well as expanded spider treatment areas you had requested beyond the standard exterior, which we had discussed previously. After two heavily discounted seasons, we had to bring pricing closer to where it needed to be to operate responsibly as a business.<br><br>We’re proud of the work we do, the standards we hold, and the way we treat our clients and our team. Green IQ Lawn Care and Pest Control has been taking care of my lawn for almost a year, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! The team is professional, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to keep my yard looking healthy and beautiful. They’re great at communication, show up on time, and their treatments really work—my lawn has never looked better. I also appreciate their pest control services, which have made a huge difference. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality lawn care and pest control!
They are very good at treating insects and especially Box Elder bugs. I have used them for years and the results have been perfect. I have tried other services who guarantee their work, but they have to keep coming back to eliminate the bugs. Green IQ kills them the first time and I don’t need repeat visits. I am very happy and highly recommend them to anyone. The price is very fair.
Highly recommend. I interviewed several companies before hiring someone and we have now been using them for several years. The owner, Breyden, has been consistently impressive. Their communication is clear, timely, and detailed, a level of professionalism that’s hard to find. Our half-acre yard has a few complex problem areas, and Breyden approached each one with skill and thoughtful problem solving. Our lawn looks so much better than we were self-managing our fertilizer and weed control. In addition to the service we are paying for, they provide watering recommendations, mowing length recommendations, etc. Customer service is prompt and reliable, and the quality of work has made this an exceptional value for the cost. Green IQ is easily one of the best contractors we’ve worked with.
This company is awesome I’ve been With them for a few years Wanted to drop a review till now because wanted to see how they work,and It’s one of those things get it and forget it. They’re always on time, I don’t have to worry about them, they get the job done. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Green IQ completely transformed my lawn last summer. When I first called them, my yard was practically dead and I honestly didn’t think it could be saved. Breyden came out, assessed everything with so much care and knowledge, and put together a plan that brought my lawn back to life. Within weeks I started seeing changes, and by the end of the season it was lush, green and thriving in a way I’ve never seen before. Breyden is professional, communicative, and clearly takes pride in his work. I felt supported and informed the entire time. If you’re looking for a company that truly knows what they’re doing and treats your yard like their own, I can’t recommend Green IQ and Breyden enough. They turned what felt like a lost cause into something beautiful.
Green IQ has been responsible for the health of our lawn for the last 2 years. Our lawn has never looked healthier! They are so quick to respond and address any challenges or questions I have, always come when they say they are, letting me know when they are on the way. They encourage communication when they are at my home and have great follow up instructions after treatments. The company is family owned, and takes real pride in the work they do. I can recommend them without hesitation!

Green IQ has been absolutely fantastic to work with. They spray our lawn every year for weeds and fertilizer, and the results speak for themselves — our grass has never looked greener or healthier. I've been using this company for 2 years now and my lawn has never looked better. It was severely struggling when I initially contacted them. After just a few treatments I could see a huge difference. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and spent the time to teach me about my lawn. I highly recommend them for lawn treatment. Very professional, thorough, and very reasonably priced!

GreenIQ Lawn Care and Pest Control is outstanding! Breyden is fantastic—he diagnosed our grub and necrotic ring spot issues (NRS) when several other well-known lawn companies couldn’t. Instead of doing a quick 5-minute pass like others, GreenIQ took the time to fully assess our lawn and build a custom treatment plan. The results have been incredible; our yard hasn’t looked this good in years. I truly appreciate Breyden and his family-owned company. They stand behind their work and deliver amazing results. Green IQ has been huge for us this year. After years of declining service from a prior company, it was refreshing to meet Breyden and his team. They were confident in what they promised, delivered on the communication piece (which was huge for me), and ultimately my lawn/yard has never looked better. A great value for the price! I'll definitely be utilizing them next year and highly recommend their services.

We recently completed a full remodel of a 1964 split level, our final step was the yard in May. Our landscaping vendor gave us the referral and we are se grateful!! Our lawn is so vibrant!! Thank you Green IQ - lawn care and pest control - done right!
I was impressed with their service, They were very responsive, and you could tell they know what their talking about when it comes to your yard. I would recommend them, the only reason I gave them 4 star is because I feel every company has room for improvement.
