Our goal at Eyring Pest is to understand our local Utah pests and solutions better than anyone. Pest control is all about understanding pest biology, behavior, and habitat. We find that most of our bigger companies completely ignore the pest control process and default to cookie cutter solutions. As true pest professionals we treat every home differently based on what it needs. Above and beyond! I use Eyring Pest at my rental properties. I love not having to worry about pests bothering my tenants. When I had a stubborn ant problem, they returned as often as needed and even same day to handle the infestation. They are very communicative, texting me a couple days before services and giving me a reminder so I can inform my tenants. The ongoing subscription has been convenient and cost effective. I am very pleased with their service.
Our first visit from Eyring Pest was Victor. They could not have sent a better representative for their company. He was kind, respectful and took pride in his job. Since this was our first experience with the company I walked with him, both inside and outside showing him problem areas and just observing how he would do the job. I was very pleased as he did what I asked and more. This seems like a company I will enjoy working with.
Great experience with Eyring Pest. They do a thorough job, show up when they say they are going to, and have great customer service. Highly Recommend.
I can’t thank them enough!! They know I’m terrified of mice and treat me so kindly checking traps and giving me tips on handling the situation. Everyone is kind and come in and take care of everything! Thank you! Recommend you often!

I have been a customer for a little over a year and cancelled our services today. It felt like we were asking a favor every time we would call about in between treatments. We got a spray a few weeks ago and have a new hornets nest starting on our house. Today when I called I was told it is not covered. Unless we wanted to pay an additional $50 for the treatment we would need to wait until our next scheduled treatment (which would be another 2.5 months). I did later get a text apologizing for the bumps in the road we have experienced and they would come get it next time they were around the area. Still no sense of urgency. We did decline and go with another company who does truly guarantee their work. This is one of the many encounters very similar to this. We have also had a big problem with a technician disrespecting clear verbal and physical boundaries on two occasions. After it was reported to the owner over a week went by and today when I called about the re-spray he mentioned he still had not talked to that technician about the issue but was going to call me for more context. Not until I called today did he ask about it. They still get 2 stars because we did notice a decline in spiders last year and did have 1 or 2 representatives that were nice and helpful.
We’ve been with Spencer since he started this business , and recently the communication and service have gone way down. I would not recommend this company, there are many local pest control shops that take much better care of their customers.

A New customer !!!!! no show the 1st time 2nd no show again. Will not recommend They themselves a 2 hr window between jobs and thinking about waiting around on there time . How about being on time when you say your be there. Customers are Your business

We had our first appointment with Eyring Pest Control today. I can’t vouch, YET, for how well their product works but I can say I am very impressed with the 2 employees I have met. Both kind, and informative and they came within the time period I was given. I also got a call this morning (from a 3rd employee) making sure today was still a good day for spraying. Can’t ask for much better than that!! I will update in a few months

I don't think this is a real review because we don't service a Bob Joe. Either way if we can help you in any way we would love to. Here's my # 3852909782
They use door-to-door solicitors that ignore "No Soliciting" signs and fail to provide identification when requested, as required by my city's ordinances. I can't imagine giving such a rude company a shot at my business when they employ such tactics.
