So, I need to preface this review by stating that the tech who services my house is *awesome*. He is honest, does good work, and makes sure to keep our house pest-free. The negative review is for the sales / "inspection" team. When I called to get someone out to handle an issue that had come up, the scheduling team mentioned that we were due for a complimentary home pest inspection, so I signed up for that. When that inspector was here, he told me about an upgrade to our plan that he said would definitely help reduce the wasps that we have around our house. He said that while it was labelled as a mosquito service, it was very effective against wasps as well. So, I signed up, thinking it would reduce our wasps. Well, my tech arrived, and I mentioned the upgrade, and how I was glad it would help with the wasps, and he informed me that the upgrade is *not* effective against wasps, and that the sales team was incorrect in claiming it would help. It was just a sales tactic. If my tech had not been so honest, I would have ended up spending nearly $70/month on a service that would not meet our needs. Even if we figured it out quickly, that's still a good bit to be spending! Terminix needs to understand that honesty in their sales will gain them the trust of their customers, which will increase sales and customer retention. 5-stars to my technician who understands the importance of trust and honesty. 1 star to the sales team who will say whatever will get a customer to sign for additional services.

Timely and professional! Thomas (I think is his name) did a great job initially of listening to my concerns and walked around the building with me to make sure he had eyes on our issues. He followed up when he said he would and, best of all, his solutions worked! Excited to continue working with him and Terminix as we move into winter.

Terminix has been providing service to our business for over a year. The cost is reasonable and totally worth it, as their staff is very respectful, punctual, and professional. Thomas is in charge of our business and is always very attentive. Excellent service.
