The technician, Christian was great! He has sprayed my home before and is curtious and professional.

I think the service was not good. Nor will I pay for the second service when I had this redone by my new provider which has been awesome 1 week after your second visit I had the service redone. Horrible service use a differnt provider if you can! I know other people like them but my experience has not been so good. Your manger approved taking the second month off so please remove your comment.

Have used Shakespeare for years. Service has steadily gotten worse. I have more spiders and bugs now than ever before. We called and let them know and they said that it is normal. Uhhh?? We have been doing this for many years. If it was normal, we would have experienced this before. I now have to find a different company. Update: Owner saw this review and immediately contacted us. They were here within a couple of days to re-spray. That made the wife very happy. Let's see if the bugs stay away now.
