Hi Lorin, This is Dominic Greene, Owner of Red Rock Pest Control. Unfortunately, you have entered this review on the wrong company. We don't have sales reps. Please contact LAVA ROCK PEST CONTROL. They are not affiliated with us and because of them having a similar name it has created a lot of confusion since they started in St. George. We have never had a bad review in 20 years. We have used Red Rock Pest Control for years. They are the best around. It's a local company that delivers personal service. I highly recommend you contact Red Rock Pest Control for a bid before signing some contract with a high pressure salesperson that is with some large national company.

Red Rock Pest Control is wonderful and always helpful & obliging. Our usual technician, Dominic, does a thorough job and is very pleasant and knowledgable. I feel comfortable having him inside our home to spray as he is very pleasant and professional. The best part, I don't see bugs for a long, long time!
