Bairds Pest Control

My mother has been using Bairds for a long time and they have been really good (hence 2 stars instead of just 1). This time they had to change our appointment because our normal person had left the company. They sprayed at the new scheduled appointment but we were still seeing ants so I called and because my mother cannot afford to have them come on a regular schedule they will not guarantee their work. Honestly I did not watch the young man spray the whole house so how do I know he did the job we paid for? Maybe I should have followed him around and let him know when he missed a spot. To make her pay for another call after only a week and her still having a bug problem and then say sorry unless you sign up for our monthly money grab we refuse to warranty our service? In my opinion this is just bad service.

Misleading ads, do not stand behind guarantees, rude office staff. Only reason for one star is friendliness of field staff.

Scorpion extermination. Cameron came on Monday like Amy said he would when she called 3 days ago. Very pleasant lady.

I saw the technician arrive today in his red truck. He did not let me know that he was going to spray as we have asked in the past because we have outside cat food and water dishes that I would like to pick up before the spraying. I saw the technician spray around some rocks in the front yard and about three minutes or so later, he was getting in his truck and drove away. I went outside and did not see much evidence of any spraying around the house or rocks or brick wall. I seriously cannot believe he did a thorough job of spraying in such a short amount of time. We have been pleased with our service in the past, but I was very disappointed with today's visit.

In over 15 years of service there has never been any problems. I get the outside done once a month and I can count on one hand the number of times any pest has been seen inside the residence
