I contacted 6 companies , to reviewed my gopher problem. Most offered a their service without asking any questions. Some had a flat rate without knowing what was happening. Uinta Pest Solutions office, listened to what I said… was personable and asked smart questions. The owner personally came to the property, the same day, to see which solution would work best for me. He was honest , reasonably priced and reworked his schedule to get me his service as soon as he could. We worked out a long range plan. I appreciated the good service. Brian came out and serviced my yard. He explained what was happening and what he was going to do. In addition when he finished he reviewed the job with me. Excellent tech and job well done.

Great service. Good communication and follow up. Since hiring Uinta we haven't had any issues with Box Elder or Elm Seed bugs, which were out of control before. Hornets and Wasps have also decreased. I appreciated their call to schedule early due to the warm winter weather this year. Taylor came out and was awesome. He was thorough and wanted to make sure he covered all the areas where we had concerns.

Very disappointing performance. Half of what I asked to be done did not get done. It's better to look elsewhere for pest control.

The service that they have done is great but my whole experience is soured because the only reason I even know they exist or used them is because someone (not in the company) scammed me. Unfortunately for me it seems that the person who came to my house to sell me a service plan didn't work for the company. I posted a very negative review earlier under the impression that I was being charged monthly and then having to pay over $100 for the service on the day. The owner reached out to me within 15 minutes to tell me that they don't do monthly payments or contracts. If anyone comes to your house asking you to sign up for a contract say no... it's a scam! Don't ask me how Uintah wound up with my address and actually coming out and performing the service, perhaps the scammer thought that I'd just keep letting him take money out of my account if I was actually getting the service but I'm still out about $500 because I thought I was Paulding monthly for a quarterly service just like I did with Orkin... lucky me, I'm going to have to change my checking account number.

We charge customers after the work is done and to the price we quoted!<br><br>2. We also do not currently go door to door with sales! We have built our company on referrals, and Google ads! No sales men! No games just good ole fashion good work and people telling their friends!<br><br>3. We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience, but appreciate knowing that WE DO GOOD WORK! The technician, Daniel, was great-he was 5-star-prompt, polite and did a very thorough job. The company pricing is really high though if you have wool rugs, although they did do a military discount which we appreciated.

I have a annual membership with them. I feel like they rush every time they do a service. My first visit they sprayed inside outside including window wells, brushed all the webs off of eaves and under deck. Since signing up for the annual contract service has declined.Things that are marked complete they don't do. Example, my last visit they marked that they brushed the eaves and they did not. Still many webs exist. Inside they spray haphazardly missing many spots and not keeping the solution close to wall moldings rather will spray in the middle of the floor. Very lazy. I do appreciate they will come out in between services if I need them. I'm hoping this was just the specific technician that came out however I may need to look for a new pest control service provider.

Very disappointed with the service we received today with Thomas the technician. He was definitely in a hurry to finish for the day.We were his last stop of the day. He was not thorough at all. He didn't spray along the baseboards. He completely missed my living room. He was not professional at all. I will only use this company in the future if a different technician comes out.

Tech was very rude and was difficult to talk with or ask questions to. He showed up an hour early and wouldn't let us finish putting our things away before he started spraying, and just started spraying with us in the room still or places I asked him not to yet. It was all pretty upsetting and felt a little violating he couldn't be bothered to listen to us when we asked him to wait a second. We understand these chemicals are generally safe, but we wanted to get out of the house since I have asthma, and our pet beds/stuff and toys were still around Edit Jul 15: First spray tech shows up an hour early without mentioning it Second spray, they assure us it wont happen again. Tech shows up over 2 hours past initial appointment time. Don't expect these guys to value your personal time at all. It would've been fine though if the office would've communicated with us about the timelines or an eta on the techs arrival, but we were sitting around and had things to do which we no longer can get done. We also did reach out the day after the initial bad experience, the owner said he would call, never did. Have also had nothing but rude service from the company and them refusing to talk with us because "your property manager said we cant" which made the second scheduling very difficult. Firstly they said they would reach out which they didn't for a reschedule. Twice after the initial appointment, we got texts with random times 24hrs in advance that they were going to show up to spray inside the home. We never scheduled these and were not consulted. The first time we rescheduled we set a date, which changed by the second sudden 24 hr notice we didnt set. The second time we tried to reschedule after that, the office staff said she would not reschedule with me unless she got word from the property management. I told her we were not going to be available, and we needed to reschedule but she was very difficult to deal with. I had to angrily call my PM who finally in a stroke of luck answered the phone an acted. We then got 4 seperate appointment times and I had to reach out to confirm the right one. They are also still refusing to give us the spray reports, and say we need to go through our Property managers, whom have refused to provide them. The company said "good luck" when I told them this This next tech who came today on the second spray was much more professional and cordial, we liked him, but that does not change our opinion of the company itself or alter our previous and recent experiences
