Just say no. They canceled multiple times. Customer Service was a joke. Canceled after contract.

Chan’en was the tech that came to do our initial service. He was very kind and respectful. We’d be happy to have him come next time!

Paul did a very thorough job. He was very polite and professional and answered any questions I had. Very friendly, listens and addresses any concerns, and explains in detail of what service he performed. (Unfortunately, there was a downpour of rain about 20 minutes after he left, so not certain how effective the outside application will be.)

Work is very shady I was home and the technician knocked and then grabbed his sweeper did the front and left he didn’t do the patio back yard or the sides of the house very unprofessional. Then they take money on work not done. Very disappointed

Worst company ever they make it sound great you sign up they come out do a really good spray. Wake all the bugs up then they dont show up again.. so I called them got a lot of rude people they hang up on you ect. So I kept calling till I got a manager and at that point I wanted to cancel my service cause I have already paid the 50 the 129 for 1 big visit and a 5 min visit. We'll she told me I could cancel but she wanted to charge me an additional 200. This is stupid so at this point I told her I will stay but I need them to call and tell me what time they will be out cause they keep saying we went out and they are not home I am home all the time. So we will see if it improves or sucks

When you call you will be on hold for long periods of time. Agreement was sent incorrectly multiple times. From initial quote visit, it took them 11 days to come spray. Agent that answers the phone usually has to transfer you to a specialist if it's for anything other than a scheduling question. Just seemed like they are understaffed with non tentative employees. Had to compare prices with previous exterminator to get reasonable pricing. I should have just stayed with my previous provider.

Wouldn’t work with them again, was lied to about additional services being free, called them to come out due to spiders still in the house- the guy came out and sprayed the outside of the house then left, it was stated he’d be doing inside the house and in the garage as well (he didn’t knock or ring the doorbell) then later that day I got charged 139 after being told it’d be free. So that was a fun experience- definitely don’t recommend working with these guys

Careful with this company. Had an upset employee come to the door, guy had got in an argument with his boss and we started joking around to help cheer him up well I told the kid I didn’t want the service after reviewing the terms and pricing and that must have upset him which in return he went ahead and signed me up anyways. Found out that I had an account with them when I got home from work one day and there was a bill on my door asking for payment and whatever they sprayed attracted so many bugs it was insanity my pest control guys at the company I have an actual account with were livid and I’ll tell you what I’m not paying for something their employee authorized without my permission and no managers will respond to my calls or emails to discuss this nonsense and how they didn’t catch something like this so now I will be taking legal action against the employee and the company for this. Hell there’s enough proof showing that I didn’t approve the account. I could list examples like how my name has been spelled 2 different times on the account, but these guys aren’t the smartest in catching things like that or care.

A salesman came to my house to sell this pest control service to me, he told me it was guaranteed and if I wasn't satisfied with the service I would get my money back and would be able to cancel even though he told me I had to sign up for a year contract. After the first service my bugs multiplied by about a billion My house is now completely infested and when I tried to cancel they told me I have to pay them more money to cancel. Doesn't sound like a guarantee to me, sounds like a scam. They said I either had to pay for the next service which is their real guarantee apparently, or I had to pay my way out of my year contract. I've used pest control services before I've never had anything like this happen with the bugs or with the super awful customer service and scammy policies. I would not recommend using crouch and I hope this review helps other people not end up having to give their money away to these scammers.

He didn’t call, so I never knew he was at my vacant house spraying the outside part I didn’t want done. I wanted my crawl space done not outside. Big failure. Also, I have no money to pay for this service I got tricked into signing a contract with and asked to be released from my house is getting a new roof right now and it was really bad timing

I am not sure HOW this company, Croach, received such raving reviews??? When I signed up for their service, they really sold their service. Then, when it isn't working, they let me know it is going to take more than a couple of times because, man, oh man, I must have had a BAD pest problem. The only thing is the company I had been with previously for 6 years has always done a fantastic job, and I had never seen any evidence of pests. Like I mentioned, they had a great salesman who came to my door and really sold me on paying twice the amount I was paying, but I would be receiving so much more! When I called to let them know, I wanted to cancel, they gave me the run around and then put me on with the technician, who confirmed that yup my house was infested and their product is doing its job. Flushing those darn spiders out! Seriously? That is their idea of results? I have spiders in all my rock gardens and just found a massive spider in my grandchildren's indoor playhouse while she was in it. We killed it the good old-fashioned way. Again, I never had a problem with the previous pest control company we were using. They were actually amazing. So, it was obvious to me after my conversation with the technician from Croach that they do not guarantee their product, or they wouldn't charge you $200.00 to get out of your 12 month contract. What was I thinking?! The other pest control company we used didn't do contracts and always stood behind their product. If you are dissatisfied with the Croach's service or results, their only option is to come spray again... even when the results are horrible. I paid the $200.00 to close my account, but will never sign another contract and ONLY go with a company that stands behind their product. Coming and spraying again isn't going to have magical results. I should have seen some improvements after 2 times. Beware!

On two separate days this week salesman from this company came into my Ogden senior HOA community. Signs are posted “No soliciting” In both incidents the signs were ignored and they began going door to door. They were politely told(more than once) that it’s not allowed and that they were on private property and asked to leave. On both days they ignored those requests and continued. There was a blatant disregard and lack of respect for the homeowners in the community. Next time we will be forced to call the police. This is not okay or professional.
