Receptionist was a very nice person but I would not suggest using a company when on the first appointment they show up early say they will be back then just don't show up. To add to it I had to call the receptionist to find out why. The technician could not even let us know he was not going to show up.

They have helped to drastically reduce our Box Elder bug problem. They are prompt and thorough. Very pleased.

i have used these guys for years now.. regular maintenance sprays has been best for our home. Super clean, professional, invoicing is easy and they came back after we noticed other bugs as part of their guarantee.

There was one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had with a company. I would never use them again and would suggest that everyone avoid them. The person that showed up set traps told us he would come back in a couple days to check and has never been back. We called and scheduled another time for him to check the traps, one of our family even took time off from work to meet him and he never showed. We have called several times and left message for him and he never answer and never returned our calls. We still have mice problems. Again this was the most unprofessional service and a complete waste of time and money.

We had a termite problem and as far as I know it was taken care of. However, we were promised a 15 year warranty and I have asked several times for a copy of this. Every time I call, I am promised someone will send it to me but it hasn't happened. I have even checked my junk email but ...nada. The work was done 3 years ago and now we are selling the house and we have a deadline to provide proof of the warranty to the seller. Now they have just stopped answering my phone calls. Looking back, I probably should have gone somewhere more reliable.

Horrible service avoid at all cost. I hired them to take of a rat problem in our back yard and almost a year later there still here. No one comes and checks the traps and baits like they are suppose to weekly! I have tried to call several times and each time it's an excuse and apology for their short comings but no action to fix! DO NOT USE THEM

When we moved into our house we had a bug infestation in our fireplace. We called Aaron from Tyto and he came out and was determined to solve the problem. He researched and took samples and came up with a solution that worked perfectly!! We haven't seen even the smallest trace of those little bugs since!!! We are very impressed by his persistence and SO grateful the bugs are gone!! We would definitely recommend Aaron and Tyto Pest Control!

I've been using Tyto Pest Control in West Valley City for pest control and lawn fertilization for a year now, and I've been happy with the service. They are always very nice, and I feel comfortable letting them in my home to spray. Plus, they have been willing to come back out and spray again whenever I see a spider or two. I know it works because usually when I find a spider, it is dead in the corner or moving slowly like it has sucked in some poison. Usually, when I start to see spiders again, it is about time for another treatment anyway. They did tell me it would cover 10 feet from our house, and I don't know that it is entirely accurate. I still find spiders and bugs outside on our porch regularly, so I don't know if it really protects from the outside much. Plus, I expect that if it keeps bugs away that far from my house then I shouldn't really be finding dead bugs inside at all after a few treatments, but maybe I don't really know what I'm talking about or don't completely understand. I am just happy we've never had ants at this house and very rarely do we see a spider or any other type of bug inside.

These guys are amazing, I have used them on my home for the past couple years, they are always friendly and on time. I really put them to the test when I had a rental house infested with roaches, They worked around my tenants crazy schedule and were able to finally get rid of the roaches. This is a top notch company that will exceed your expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE ,, Read this before you schedule, I was looking forward to having tyto come out and spray for pests, BUT they didn't show up for there appointment.You would think after 2 emails and a phone call days before the appointment that they would be ready to spray. I took time off from work so I could keep my dog inside until he was done, BUT he didn't show up, TYTO has very poor customer service, they didn't even call to tell you they were going to be hours late. Tyto is not a trustworthy company,very dishonest. I wasted my time waiting for them, when I could have scheduled with a honest company like "GREEN MANGO" that would have called if they were running late, To bad tyto, you lost another customer, for those who sign on with TYTO, give yourself all day to wait for them and good luck, GOOD BUY TYTO, HELLO GREEN MANGO!

The service was done promptly and on time. However, it seems to take less time than it was scheduled. As a consequence, the fertilization and weeding spread did not get rid of all weeds, particularly along the side walk and pathways. Dandelions still enjoy their blossom after the work was done a week later.

Tyto offers great deals, and I was very happy with their pest control and lawn services. They even came back twice in one day when it had been raining. I plan on continuing to use them in the future because of their competitive prices and great customer service.

Seemed to do a good job on pest control, aeration and fertilization in Bountiful

I was skeptical at first but after the service and results that I received I was very pleased. I had used two other companies before, but this company tops them hands down. I normally do not leave reviews, but I needed to share with others that this company stands behind its service!
