Shane came out today and sprayed for ants. I appreciated that he came out so quickly and did a great job.

Rex does a fantastic job. He is very careful and very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and we love their quarterly service.

I have used Alpine Pest Control for 20 yrs and extremely satisfied with their service and the product they use is extremely effective. They are professional, pleasant and timely. I have never considered another company since I started using Alpine as they are too good to give up. I never have to worry about any insects or spiders after they spray. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Alpine pest control has been great! We previously used two other companies for pest control, one company we used to spray did okay with reducing most pests/spiders, but they were never dependable with their appointments and time. We finally got frustrated with them never showing up within the time slot they would schedule for us so we switched to another company. This company was actually great at showing up when they would say, but we started having bugs and spiders showing up everywhere! (The worst we’ve ever had!!). In addition to more spiders showing up, we had box elder bugs EVERYWHERE all over the outside of the house—and even finding their way inside. Finally after our “pest” problem started to get out of control, we had alpine pest control come out to spray last summer. Not only did they come out when they said (and send us a text about 30 minutes before), but the person who came out was extremely thorough—and we immediately saw the results! The only “problem” we had after their first visit was that we had SO MANY DEAD box elder bugs all over our walkway, driveway, and deck! Even after sweeping up the dead bugs we kept finding more dead bugs to over the next few days/weeks to clean up—but that was definitely a wonderful problem to have after having the bug problem we had. Since last summer we’ve had alpine come out and spray every three months and they have still continued to be thorough and show up when they say. And since they first came out, we haven’t seen one spider inside our house. I did see a couple box elder bugs outside a few weeks ago (about a months since they last came out), so I had them come back out and haven’t seen one on the the house yet—and we have never had it this clear of the box elders in eight years!!! Yes, I definitely recommend this company!

I had this company come spray 3 times. After each spray we only saw even more bugs. By the 3rd time I was hoping it would hopefully get rid of them but we continued to only see more. They said I can keep paying for service and they can keep spraying. They did not offer any kind of guarantee and weren’t willing to come back and do a free or low cost spray even after not seeing any results . I wouldn’t recommend going with this company.

Rex my technnician he was very nice. He explained what he was doing, quickly got the job completed. He was very thorough to ensure he got every nook & cranny. He let me know when he was heading to my home.

We've used Alpine Pest Control for years and they have always done a very good job. Rex was our technician today and he did the most thorough job I've ever seen! He took time to treat everything inside and out! I was very impressed! They also have great prices! We will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend them!

This was my 1st time using Alpine Pest Control, but definitely not my last! Rex was my exterminator and he was one of the most thorough techs I’ve ever had. He took his time to make sure all ingress & egress areas were well-treated. All my interactions with the owner & Rex were professional & on point. Everyone was very kind & polite, and I felt like they went the extra mile to take care of any concerns I had. Great experience!

We have used Alpine Pest Control for years. We love this company! They are timely, efficient and very respectful to our dogs and home. Rex is awesome and goes the extra mile making sure he gets every area of the inside and outside of our home.

I’m giving two stars, because the first visit was great. The tech did a great job and kindly answered all our questions. A few weeks afraid spraying I still saw many pest and I contacted them to come spray again. I was told if pests were still around they would come back out sooner than 40 days. Even so, they never came and never got back to me. I’ve sent texts, called, and emailed on a few occasions. I have black widows in my garage. Even if they didn’t want to come back out, I fully expect communication. This is unprofessional and I was misled. I will not be hiring them or recommending them to anyone.

Greg has been very consistent and reliable. He is a great communicator and not afraid to tackle difficult tasks. We have been using for several months now and are grateful to have found help with our pest issue.

First service today and so far good communication, on time, and upfront pricing. Looking forward to trying out their lawn and pest services together.

Alpine came out today, and did a fantastic job. I have been using them for the last 3 years, and they always take good care of us. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to get rid of those pests.

They were a no-show on two separate occasions. I had to call them 30 minutes after both appointment windows to inquire as to why I had not heard from/or seen anyone. For the third scheduled appointment, they tried to show up 5 hours before the start of the window. I had to call to verify the correct appointment time. They still came 20 minutes before the expected window timeframe.

Could never get ahold of anyone for a few days and they never returned any of my calls so I went elsewhere for service.

Alpine always does a great job getting rid of pests and they have great customer service, I have used them the last 5 years and will continue to!

Drew came and sprayed for bugs and set out mouse traps. He was very friendly and professional. We’ve used Alpine Pest Control before and what they sprayed took care of the problem. Definitely recommend!

Drew was very awesome! He knew the hit spots of where pest would want to hide, and setup traps in those areas. He was super knowledgeable of the high rate pests in our are, and was able to make recommendations for for good treatment.

These guys are a absolute joke if you ask me. I called them back twice on two different occasions to spray again for box elder bugs which I was still having a problem with. The first time they said they would send someone out but no-one ever showed up. Now after my most recent spray I called them and they said they would send someone out and no-one showed so I called the office and the Owner tells me to call his tech. Well the tech tells me he punched in the wrong zip code but my address which is in Taylorsville and he sprayed the wrong house . So I call the office again and the owner says well that happens a lot, So I asked him: your tech puts my address with salt lake zip code in he is in Taylorsville but sprays the wrong house? The owner says yes. So I said if you knew about this mistake wouldn't you resend him to the right address the next day and the owner lies and says I just talked to him and we were gonna do it so I can send him tomorrow. needless to say I cancelled my service with these un-professionals and would urge anyone to do the same or look elsewhere if you are in the market.

We used this company when Troy worked here, but ever since he left the company, we have only had a negative experience. They have no showed two appts scheduled in one week. 1st. We get a random text the week of Aug. 16th saying they will be at our house in 20min. We called informing them we never made an appt (we had just sprayed a month prior-its normally every 3months) but the spray job was poor so we needed it done again anyway so we decided to make an appt that Friday from 10-12. We got no showed. We called the following day and after stumbling over his words (we think he's the one who no showed us) he says, "Oh ahhhh we have you next Friday from 1-3" we don't think this was a miscommunication because we were specifically told the appointment would be "this Friday" and clearly the time frames are different here. Instead of owning the mistake, he says it was set another date. The following Friday comes (the one he said we were scheduled for) and we got no showed again. No call. Nothing. I would not recommend this company anymore. Without Troy, this company is suffering. I have another friend who uses them that also states they are not consistent anymore. Poor communication, unprofessional, and wish they would just be honest and own up to their mistakes.
