I called Salt Lake pest control, and my first hint about the quality of service should’ve been when I called the AI phone assistant answers and says “serve pest control”. I thought nothing of it and scheduled a booking. It is now 30 minutes after the original scheduled booking time and I haven’t received a call or any indication that they are coming at all. I tried to call the number and bypass the AI scheduling service and it seems that if you try to bypass it, it simply hangs up on you. I now have wasted my time and will have to find another service that provides same-day service before my rental property is occupied again. Do not bother trying to hire this company as it will simply be an effort in wasted time.

Hey Dan, so sorry about the mixup. We were testing out a new phone system for after hours and it seems like there was a glitch in scheduling and call forwarding. <br><br>We have since disconnected that phone service as there were obvious errors in the system. <br><br>We hope you were able to solve your pest problems and we are sorry for the waste in time that our systems caused.

We called Salt Lake Pest Control because we were seeing some cobwebs in our garage and some other bugs around the yard. They came out and applied their pest treatments and even cleaned up our cobwebs! We haven’t seen a spider since. Great customer service!

My brother in-law owns Salt Lake Pest Control so I may be a little bias but! I’ve honestly never seen someone care more about their customers. We obviously use them for our home and I’ve never seen any spiders, ants, wasps, or any other nasty bug. Give them a call so you can see exactly what I’m talking about with their excellent customer service.

Had a serious ant and potato bug problem in my house along with spiders here and there. Reached out to SL pest control for some help. Not only were they super kind and responsive, but they were able to come out the next day! All bugs were gone within a few days. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my technician Rick. He was very professional and was able to get rid of all the spiders I’ve been seeing around my house this summer. I appreciate how he informed us on the different products he was using and only used them in a safe way. I would recommend Salt Lake Pest Control to anyone looking for a family friendly hard working company.
