Honestly my conversations with the office were a little confusing. I was asked for my cc information before an assessment was made, and then charged before any work was done. HOWEVER when I met Edgar, the technician I immediately felt confident in his assessment of my property and what my needs were. He was very helpful and took time talking to me about my concerns on my property AND my concerns with being charged prior to service etc. He was very professional, and said he would find out. He called me within 30 minutes of leaving my property to let me know Pest Pro was discounting my service and offering money back . I believe Pest Pro is professional and worked to make things right when I raised concerns. They will be coming out again in 60 days…and after this experience I will certainly use them again in the future. Edgar for the win.

Pest Pro is the best pest control business in Utah! Bryce Bollinger was the technician who sprayed our home, inside and out, for spiders and general pests. Bryce does an amazing job and happy to give him and the company a 10 star review. Pest Pro employs folks you would want to hang out with and have a conversation. We do the quarterly program so we see them 4 times a year. Go with a company who employs knowledgeable people and takes care of their staff. Please give Pest Pro a chance to shine…..Bryce is a superstar in this industry and the continuing education their company attends keeps their information current and shows commitment to their field. Edgar came out to provide pest service for my mom. He explained everything to her and was very friendly and thorough. My mom was very pleased.

We started with Pest Pro nearly a year ago to address wasp and spider issues, and have them come quarterly. They have been excellent. Bryce is our regular service guy and always makes sure we are pleased with the service and results. Happy to have Pest Pro as part of our home care team.

As usual they did a good job. I have been using Pest Pro for a couple of years now and they are always on time and do a complete job. it was Edgar who came out on the follow up visit to see if the mice were gone. He checked the bait and reported no more mice! He explained the safe way to clean up after them and what to watch for. He was friendly and professional. Will continue to use Pest Pro for my quarterly treatments. Very satisfied customer.

I had a major fly problem - think horror movie where a demon opens its mouth a million flies come out - that popped up seemingly out of nowhere. Pest Pro answered my call right away and sent someone out the same day. They were able to spray inside and around the exterior of the house and looked everywhere for what could be causing the problem. Immediately the flies started to die and two days later there are a significantly smaller amount of flies in the house and the ones that are there are dead. To be honest, I would have paid probably any amount of money to get this problem taken care of, but I feel like the amount they charged was reasonable and it included another follow up visit as well as a warranty on their work. Thank you Pest Pro!

This company is a scam. The amount they try and charge unsuspecting people is ridiculous. Almost $1000 for a job that can’t take more than an hour.

I scheduled my appointment online for March Tuesday 11th between 11 am - 12 pm. I received a phone call the same day saying that their online scheduling doesn't have the most accurate availability of the crew, so i was told that today March 12th between 5 pm - 7pm the crew would be here to help me with my pest issue. It is Wednesday 12th at 9pm and nobody from the company has called nor a phone call. I thought this company was reliable for the amount of good reviews but it looks like they just don't have responsible people. This is something important because I need to get rid off that pest but they don't even care. Bad business

Update: This company has raised their pices every time I've contacted them over the past couple of years. Used to be very reasonable. The last few times though it's gone from $119 to $169 to most recently$189. This is a lot more than other companies. I like this company, but not enough to pay a lot more than others are charging for the same service. ------------ Always done a great job for me. The people that come out are knowledge, friendly, and great to work with. Both Conner and Bryce that came to my home recently did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had an appointment scheduled with Daniel for 5:30-7:30pm to remove a pigeon nest inside a mop bucket on my balcony. Was told that Daniel would call me when he was en route. Never got a call and never showed up. Waste of time, especially since I had explicitly emphasized to customer service that I had an 11pm flight out the same evening and would not return for some time, so thanks for nothing. Edit: What phone call? I received precisely 0 inbound calls and I dialed you guys, and only you guys from my phone yesterday. If he had knocked or rung the bell, I would've heard it as I was in the kitchen, a maximum 10ft away from the door, the entirety of dinner hour. Maybe have your tech double-check the number he was dialing and put a bit more effort into using a cellphone. Texts are a thing in the 21st century, and I received none of those.

I'm honestly not 100% sure if it was the technique that was used to distribute the product on my property or the product. But they did not work AT ALL! I've found 3 black widows on my property since they've sprayed and black widow's are my biggest concern with 7 children playin in my yard how could I not be worried. I spent 300 dollars on a service that has failed miserably. They did nothing that their ads promised. Now I've got to pay out even more money to another company, to hopefully fix this spider problem. So don't waste your money get customers reviews in person.

EDIT 9/8/2022 - Customer for years and I'm dropping from 5 to 2 stars. I had Pest Pro out about 4 weeks ago for probably the 9th or 10th time in 6 years. Half of those times I've noticed bugs still in the yard or in the house after 3 or 4 weeks and have called them again and they've always come back out free of charge and sprayed again. I guess I've been lucky to always have that treatment because this week I'm noticing there are still ants in some areas and huge amounts of gnats nesting under a tree. I called them back to have them come out and spray again and I guess they don't do that anymore for the package I usually get. They offered me $10 off on another 60 day guarantee package to have them come out and spray again, but I'm going to shop around first and see what other companies are offering. I don't feel like I received the same level of service this time as I have for the last 6 years and I'm going to try something else. Thanks anyway! EDIT - Well it's been YEARS now. Connor came out yesterday for a follow up and did a great job. 3/3 visits from pest pro have been great! EDIT - 1 year later I had pest pro come back because ear wigs were making a serious play for control of the house. Pest pro came on time and were super friendly and helpful. The ear wigs were defeated and the price was fair. Pest pro has cleared mice, bed bugs, box elder bugs, ear wigs, and elm bugs from my property and I couldn't be happier with their attitude and business practices. So far very happy with all of my interactions with Pest Pro. November 2016 - Connor and Taylor were great! Hopefully we never have to see them again but it's nice to know there are pros out there to deal with this kind of thing.

I had a service done by this company and initially they did a good job but…the bugs returned about 2 and a half months later but they only have a 60 day guarantee. They told me either I have to pay to have a re-service or wait tell my next scheduled appointment. I have never had an exterminator tell me that it was my FAULT the spiders and bugs returned and that there is nothing else they can do for me unless I pay for a re-service.

Mislead on the price

Updating a previous 5 star review. We have used Pest Pro for a few years now on multiple homes. They came and rechecked our rat bate traps on July 8th. The gentleman who checked them was to lazy to put the big rocks back on the bate traps. At the end of July I took our dog to the Medvet due to poison. I asked the company to come back out and show me the traps because the dog almost died (4k, vet bill). I wanted to see how much he ingested. We looked at all the traps. To my surprise the bate was just laid in the trap and not added to the safety chain. When I mentioned this to the tech, his reply was, "well the guy that rebated them is new." Still not an excuse...what if it would have been a kid. They still haven't reached out to offer an apology or ask how the dog is doing. They will be losing all of our business going forward. ***Previous review (5 star) I called this morning when I saw some clover mites and Parker game over same day! He even checked some of the other traps that Pest Pro has here! Highly recommend this company!
