I signed up for a full year of service to get rid of my pest law in my lawn. That is when the problems started. I have been told that the systems changed, the techs changed I have been dropped from schedules and not communicated. It was hit and miss even after the district manager told me that consistencies was key to help me out. When I called again to see what was going on I was told the issue was a critter that was not part of the package I bought and a sales person would call me. I asked for a refund. Then I had the same district manager call me in September. He started defensive and again I asked for a refund. Nothing came. I called again and asked for a refund the middle of October. Nothing. Then I get a past due bill dated 10-22. Then when I called again today. All the prior calls and notes were gone. Nothing. But the account is closed. What a joke this system is. I guess if you are just a single house needing some help with lest they are NOT the guys for you. DO NOT USE them cuz the humans are nice but their whacked out system will screw you and your lawn over. I paid them almost $1,000 to leave my lawn in worse condition then what I started with.

Horrible customer service! They stiffed me twice after I had a confirmed appointment with them. Customer service put me on hold for +20 minutes and never picked back up after I called to express my frustration. Hopefully you can find someone else.

More like 3.5 stars as it wasn't terrible. They did spray the house as we have a mite infestation, but they didn't seem to know what type of bug we were having issues with originally. It took quite a few days to get them to our house and when we needed a second spray, we we forced to wait 2 weeks. That wasn't good because our infestation was out of control. We also didn't like that when we called, we had to wait for a return call with a "scheduler". Probably a good company in general, but they didn't necessarily meet our needs. Doesn't mean everyone else will have a problem with them.

Good value for the money

Thanks Richard! Being a great value is very important to our team.
We live up near the Providence canyon and we get a lot of bugs. Specialized is very good at taking care of the bug problem. We've had a lot of yellow jackets in the past but I haven't seen any yet this year after their treatment. We also have them treat our lawn. It's hard to know if what they've done thus far has done anything to help the growth, because we have quite a few large yellow spots in our grass. I think we might have fewer weeds, but overall, we paid a lot for the lawn part and I'm not totally happy with that part of their business like I am with their pest control.
I could not even get a quote over the phone. This is very disappointing when all other places that I have called have been happy to give me a flat rate quote over the phone based on the size of my residence. When I spoke with Anne, I was informed the only way they give a quote is by coming out to your house.
I am impressed with the customer service from Specialized Pest Control and Lawn Care. I had a quote provided and received follow up phone calls to confirm the pricing and service dates.
