We have used Bug Busters for many years. Their customer service is unmatched. You always talk to a real person and they actually care about your situation. We have massive Box Elder bug infestations and the technician (usually Reggie) is so knowledgeable and always explains the best solutions for our home. Do not hesitate to use Bug Busters. Their pricing is amazing and they are usually able to be at your home in a day or two. As a customer for many years I HIGHLY recommend Bug Busters!

Our experience with Bug Busters was great! We had an aggressive nest of ground hornets under our concrete patio which made it scary to go into the backyard. Bug busters were able to schedule us within a couple days, and after the service, the hornets were gone after 24 hours. Bryant also sprayed the eves and checked all of our utility boxes cleaning out multiple wasp nests. 100% would recommend.

We have used Bug Busters for a number of years, at our old house and now this house. They are very knowledgeable, kind, care to listen, Mark is great! They are always on time if not early. They get the job done. Use them, they are worth it.

Very efficient

Bug Busters are wonderful. They scheduled a prompt appointment and arrived as scheduled. They then efficiently treated our home for bugs, which we are thankful for. Each room in the house was treated, then the exterior of the house and around all of the windows. Thanks Bug Busters.

I have been using this company for years. They’re always professional and helpful when I have concerns about certain areas. They’re definitely must have company to go to, and they also can spray your trees and bushes!!

I'm outraged. Wasatch Bug Busters arrived early and immediately started spraying pesticide into a house full of occupants. I asked them to stop and give us a few minutes to take our pets and leave. They stopped — momentarily — for as soon as I turned my back, they started spraying again. We have pets and elderly in our community, and as I stood in fear within the miasma of poison billowing around me, I feared the worst for their safety and mine. After I admonished them, they muttered something about having a schedule to keep. We picked Wasatch Bug Busters because we thought they were a conscious and considerate company. But, when they had the choice between our safety and their schedule, they chose the latter. Every breath I took that day was a stinging testament to their callous disregard for us.

Do not use for elm seed bugs. I specifically called them for this reason. They charged a lot of money and the problem only got worse.

I had this company come and spray my 3 property's 9 days ago. I called them because of wasp hornets flying ants and earwigs. We paid quite a bit for there so called service and now we are being attacked by the things they were to kill. I called and they said I would have to pay them again after telling me if I saw things after 5 days they would be back to respray! I'm calling my bank and disputing all charges. I was treated badly by some young girl with a very smart Ignorant mouth. WARNING this company SUCKS and will be sorry they ever meet me. My customers who come to Groves market and Deli are being chased from the spots they are eating and this was paid for but job not done. DON"T trust this company I think they just sprayed water.

I specifically talked to them about scale on a pine tree I've had treated before. I explained that it had to be root treated as spray had no affect on scale already on the tree. The recommended spray anyways saying they've had great results. Nothing improved after the treatment. I guess I learned my lesson to stick with the reputable companies that know what to do. Oh, and thanks for the 10% off (like $10) that was the second slap in the face.

Very unimpressed with this company. I cleaned out cupboards and underneath my sinks expecting them to spray there and even when I asked them to they didn’t. They were late and then they were only here for maybe 10 minutes tops. I will definitely be calling somewhere else in the future.

Never use this company!!! Their billing department is messed up and corrupt and they’ve never returned my calls about disputing a charge and then they send me to collections and add on attorney fees - all on an amount that I paid in full!!!

I was completely disappointed with my experience with this company. The technician "Mike" claimed to have placed bate throughout my house and garage. After inspecting after he had left I found that he had not. How may other customers trusted the work was done but did not check?????

Not at all satisfied. i might as well have taken $250 out of my wallet and lit it on fire than hire these guys.
