We had no idea we had termites until a swarm of them appeared from the foundation one morning. I cold-called a bunch of pest companies (including some sponsored on Google) some of whom had fake phone numbers and others who wanted to sell me an annual service. I got lucky when I found A1 Exterminators. Brett answered right away, looked at photos of the swarm that I texted him and came out the next day. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable as he walked us through the situation and told us our options. We opted for the termite treatment and were able to schedule it reasonably soon. The treatment is guaranteed for 10 years. We highly recommend A1 Exterminators.

Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. His excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out.

My husband and I are furious that we were enrolled in a monthly service without our consent. They charged our credit card automatically and even sent a technician to our place of business without notifying us. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

Robert was incredibly calm, thorough, and kind when inspecting our home for mice and treating the home. This was our second time working with him and he has been wonderful both times. He's very knowledgeable, took our concerns about the safety of our baby and pet seriously, and had great advice for keeping them safe.

I was out town, And my daughter saw tiny ants, walking on a path through the house. She used ant drops and meticulously, cleaned things up. When I returned, we called Antbait , And they promptly came over the next morning meticulously went through the whole house. The gentlemen was polite, happy to explain what he was doing, and why it would work. That was yesterday morning, and at this point, we have not seen any more ants at all in the house.
