Dallin T. did an awesome and very thorough job spraying the inside of my home. Thanks for keeping us pest free! *Updated March 2026 Nick Scoville did an awesome job! He reached out so I knew to expect him between 4-5pm. I told him my trouble areas and he sprayed them extra well and made sure I knew he'd be happy to come back if any areas needed to be retreated before my next visit in 3 months for no additional charge. He was great at communicating, friendly and respectful of my home which I greatly appreciate. As someone who doesn't like bugs or mice I'm grateful for a reliable company to take care of them for me. Updated June 2025 After a lot of issues with one of the techs who didn't even spray the small amount of exterior in my small townhouse I was fed up. And going to cancel my contract since I had an excess of spiders, wasps, mice and other pests I was at my wits end. Jai happened to show up for my scheduled appt and I told him to go away. He was so friendly and asked what specifically had gone wrong with previous appointments. He let me know Synergy had fired a lot of their employees and that he'd like a second chance to earn back my business. Since I wasn't home he sprayed my porch since he saw spiders there. He gave me his cell and came back to thoroughly spray all the nooks and crannies in my home, garage, back and front doors. He even noticed wasps in the eves where I was about to hang Christmas lights. He also provided a lot of information, was so friendly and polite. Jai's truly a breath of fresh air and I look forward to working with him going forward! Jai did a great job. He solved my concerns with lots of pests like spiders and other bugs by spraying really well. He was friendly and committed to customer satisfaction.

Dallin came out to service our home and was very professional and knowledgeable. I read a few reviews about unfortunate billing situations, so I’ll keep an eye on that. But, I’ve been impressed by the interactions I’ve had thus far with the sales guy and Dallin. From what I’ve seen from a servicing perspective, I recommend them.

"Mike, the owner" at Synergy has proven that he has zero regard for customer privacy information. I have received multiple unwanted spam/soliciting messages that were surprisingly personalized. No idea how they got my information, but they don't care. This is a company that buys/sells your info for marketing with no regard for your privacy. Please reconsider supporting a business with such awful business practices like this.

I’ve been a customer for 3 years, and unfortunately the last 8 months have been extremely frustrating. The pest control itself is okay, but the way this company handles accounts and billing is unacceptable. I’ve been overcharged repeatedly, had pricing changed without notification, and have had to reach out multiple times to get errors fixed. I also receive sales messages about once a month as if I’m not already a customer. Every time I bring it up, I’m told it won’t happen again — yet it continues. I finally asked to cancel my account and remove my card from file. I was assured this was completed, but I was charged again afterward. At this point, I have no confidence in their billing or communication practices and would not recommend them.

We have identified no other charges after your account has been closed out. They said a lot of times banks will show forecasting reports of future transactions. I’ve been in talks with Jon months ago about possibly coming to my house. Ended up telling them I was no longer interested in their services and to stop texting and emailing me. Jon said no problem I’ll take you off the list. I just went through my bank and saw a $50 charge from them. I called and spoke to Mary and she had a terrible attitude. Not only was there a $50 charge for December but for September, October and November. Not sure why Mary is upset considering it’s not her money that synergy keeps taking from me. Asked Jon to call me and talk to me, hopefully he calls.

Clear unethical practices by Mike (owner) and Jon (sales) as follows: 1. Aggressive scare tactics in initial home inspection 2. Completed 20% of quoted work, saying the rest was "out of scope" etc 3. Aggressively pushed for minimal discounts from initial quoted price 4. Stonewalled/blocked attempts to reach a fair price reconciliation after the fact 5. Are obviously overcharging majority of customer base for regular spraying visits (they will charge you 2x their comfortable profit margin if they can get away with it) Highly recommend going elsewhere for pest control needs.

Absolutely frustrated with this company that has zero respect. They have text my number non stop for going on 3 months. They have the wrong name/number and have been told that. They still continue to text offering some crazy deal as a gimmick. Learn to respect people and their time. Please stop contacting me! I wouldn't never recommend or use a company that can't respectful.

I got a text out of the blue from Synergy Pest Control (according to law, this is an illegal unsolicited text). It had instructions to reply exit to unsubscribe. I replied with "exit" and less than a month later I got another text from Mike the owner. I responded to Mike the owner that first they were texting me illegally and now they were again breaking the law by texting an opted out individual. He replied "No worries. If you'd like pricing in the future, we're always happy to help." Now, today, I get yet another illegal, unwanted text 3 weeks after I told Mike the owner that I didn't want anything to do with them. I then dialed them and asked to speak with Mike and they said that they would have him call me. No response!! I don't know about you. but I wouldn't do business with people that are willing to break the law for leads. What else will they do? How dishonest are they?

Would give no stars if I could. We switched to synergy from bulwark and were told they could charge us the same but add fertilizer into the package. So we switched and they have been AWFUL to work with. They never answer their phone or they hang up on you. We were told things they could do then turned around and said they couldn’t do. They don’t come when you set an appointment and they have been an overall nightmare!!! Do not use synergy pest control! Seriously such a headache. I counted down the days until our contract was over!!!!!

Edit: 1 month in synergy changed my price from $75 per quarter to $39 per month (sounds like a lot of you are being overcharged) without notice. I had no email on file, so they didn't notify me. When I got my first monthly bill I talked to Mary who said she would refund it. A week later I called in and she said the refund had not been processed, but would proccess it right away. After that call I got a text from Michael saying they would not refund me since they lost money on the service. Nick was awesome. I had some concerns, but he resolved them and is the main reason I went with the service. Very thorough and attentive

Do yourself a favor - avoid a massive headache and skip out on this pest control company. As part of their promised services I was supposed to receive monthly mosquito treatments in my lawn and was assured this would be automatically scheduled. I have had to reach out to them each and every month to get my house scheduled - for two years. Multiple times technicians have no showed for my appointments and I have to reach out to the company to get someone out. It's like pulling teeth. I finally threw in the towel this past week and asked to cancel after someone was supposed to come out this past Friday and no showed. Then I was supposed to be seen on Monday by the owner (Michael). He also no showed with no communication. I was finally seen on Tuesday, but they didn't do the promised service. I asked to cancel all future services and for the company to provide confirmation I was no longer on the schedule. The owner called me and tried to get my business back but I said no. He agreed to a 50% refund for the last bill I was charged due to the terrible service. The following day I got a message from customer service saying the refund was not approved. They have not provided any proof they won't still charge me in the future (which is what other former customers have repeatedly complained about on Yelp). In the meantime, the company has completely ghosted me despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Today was the 2nd time they came to take care of wasp problem. They didn’t do it the first time. They tell you the time but they show up a different time. So noticed the wash nest above my garage and I called them again. He came today and shot down the wasp and left it on the ground with still wasp flying around it. There also was a piece of the nest that was still stuck here he shot it down. With wasps still attached to it. Called the tech and said asked him if he was the one that had came to my house to take care of the nest. He said yes. I told Him how he left a mess . He said okay?? I said what you mean okay?? I said is this how your company operates? Long story short he was annoyed that I called him and woke him from his nap. And I was the first one that ever complained about the nest etc etc . I was livid. I mean what the hell!!!!! I want no more service from this company.
