We used this company once last year because our neighbors were using them. The job was only okay, and I was already unhappy that the technician sprayed chemicals on my mattress and near my pillow. We clearly told them it was a one-time service and did not want any subscription. We even called multiple times to confirm that, but no one answered. I am very dissatisfied with this company and the service I have received. I initially scheduled a treatment August 2025 for ants. I was informed that they recommend treatment every three to four months which would put us into October. I agreed to the additional treatment in October and scheduled it via email. I had no issues with scheduling the initial treatment and was able to get the treatment without having to be present. The ants slowly started to dissipate and we suddenly back with a venge

I have been a customer of smart value pest-control for more than 2 years, and I am incredibly happy with their service and Customer Service. They provide a quality product, and the attention to detail and also response to customers has been Superior and the best I have received. I recently had a problem with mice in my home, and Greg promptly came to my home within two days and thoroughly laid down traps and bait, I have not had any problems since. I highly recommend this company!
