Hunter and his crew came to our home for the first time today. The tech did a fantastic job. They told me what they would be doing and the pest control chemicals they are using and why , how it affects the bugs to stop them from coming inside my home. They were friendly and though to add additional protection outside my home and out to our property line. I will be observing my home for any creatures that were missed. The price was less than what I was paying and the price is for life. Thanks to Hunter and his crew.

I have been with H2 since early last year and absolutely loved the service. I felt heard and was very happy with the treatment. We originally signed up because of a vole issue which by the end of the year was taken care of, and we had no voles return this year. The technicians would come to my door, make sure to get any trouble areas during visits including de webbing all of our fences. They would also re-service when asked. This year the customer service has changed. When I communicate with the company the customer service isn’t the same, very cut and dry. Today I had a conversation with a gentleman and I was asking for a re-service because our home was visited on Friday and today I went outside and in our hot tub area there is a large web which was not cleared. I was told that we do not have yard treatments and they can not come out for free, this would need to be added. I can understand a company needing to make changes for their profit margins however I wasn’t told that this would change at all and also just had a service that doesn’t seem was completed very well with the large web being seen just a few days later. The gentleman also kept interrupting me even after I asked him not to. Overall, their prices were great when I shopped around and their customer service was as well. This year however is different. I did end up cancelling after today’s conversation. I wish that they would have honored my ask for a re-service and informed me we won’t do this again unless yard treatment is added. Seems easy enough to come back when someone is already in the area to clean up my fences which should have been cleaned up on Friday. I wasn’t even home on Friday so pretty much they sprayed the foundation and charged me $130.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about this company and especially Alan! We had a strange wasp situation that made it impossible to even open our door, and no one could figure out where they were coming from. Alan was so kind, patient, and determined—he took care of more than 20 wasps right away and then tracked down the source so they wouldn’t come back. It wasn’t in a typical spot, but he didn’t give up until he solved it. Thanks to him, we can finally use our door again without worrying. I’m so grateful for his hard work and highly recommend both Alan and this company!

We have used H2 for approximately 4 years now. Service was great for the first 3 years. This year we have been having problems with Ants in a particular area of our yard that they have been unable to resolve. We have called them for extra service to try to deal with the ants this year and had our contract cancelled apparently for calling too much.
Alan was awesome!! Seriously! This guy really knows his stuff! He helped us understand where mice can enter our home and helped us understand our gopher problem! Thank you Alan!! You rock!

I had a good experience with this company before and decided to contact them again for services. I have had 2 services and am in contract for 2 more services. I contacted them asking to cancel my services due to my family moving south and won't be living here anymore. I was told I would have to pay a $200 cancelation or pay for the reamining services even if I don't live at the residence. I tried explaining to them the situation and they didn't care. They had a technician come out to my house and I explained I didn't want services because we sold our home and are moving. The tech contacted his boss who text me with the following " Hey Ashlee, we replied to your email and never got a response. You still have 2 services left under contract per the email we sent or 2 more services. Or a $200 cancel fee. Since our technician was sent away and we didn't receive a response via our text ahead, we can't offer the 2 remaining services as an option since we tried and failed. With your permission I can charge the cancel fee and close the account. If we don't hear back with permissions the cancel fee will be moved to our collections team" Since then I have tried calling and texting with no response. I stated that I won't pay for a cancelation fee but that if they are going to require me pay no matter what, I'll pay for the last 2 services. Still no response. I've been given 2 options but then told I really only have 1 option? It makes no sense. Worst customer service I've ever had with a pest control company. Save your time, money, sanity and go with another company!

Hey Ashlee! Yes, we do hold our customers to the contracts they sign even if our customers move. We’re sad to see that holding you to the commitment you agreed to resulted in our business receiving a one star, that said to clarify the only reason when you called in we didn’t answer was because we were after hours. If you call during business hours we will always take great care of our customers!
I called to schedule an appointment to address our mouse issue. They set several traps, but unfortunately, they did not work. I had to figure out how to get rid of the mice myself. I am extremely disappointed in their service. I waited a couple of weeks to see if there would be any improvement, but there was absolutely none.
I called and set up an appointment to have our ant and mice issues taken care of. I am severely disappointed in their service. The person who came sprayed half of our kitchen, half the dining room and half of our balcony door. Then he seemed like he was done. I had to ask if there was more he could do especially in the kitchen since that’s where most of the ants are. He seemed reluctant and then put out some ant baits. He seemed annoyed with me. He set out a couple mouse baits but never even inspected our place for mice. Then in the email receipt of the service it said that they sprayed the entire place and every room. I gave it a couple weeks to see improvement and there was ZERO improvement. I called customer service and they just said sorry but there is nothing we can do. Definitely very poor service.
This company is a joke. Mediocre service at best! $50 a month I can only count a handful of times they have actually came out here and honestly it was only after I called them out about not seeing them on my cameras when they claim to come out have they actually came out. They then told me I am basically stuck in their contract even though I am on a financial hardship. They want almost $400 to close it out offer no payment on that except they will take what they can get plus the $50 a month. Literally go to anyone BUT them.
2023 update Originally left a 5 star review but I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service i received today and will unfortunately be cancelling. I started the service fall 2020, I have a decent sized yard, older home and a small child. My concerns with spiders were the yard the house and the garage. I was never informed about different plans or anything other than what I was offered, $130 per service 4x a year and free retreats if I had any problems. If they could keep pests out and my child safe as she roams the yard great. I was very happy with them for the first two years, however this year they did not spray inside like they had the previous years, which is fine if that’s less toxic.. but they came and left very quickly. And I noticed they did not spray the garage or the backyard the same they had previous years. When I brought up my concerns they explained that the “plan” I was paying for did not include the yard or the garage (I have an older home with a small detached garage) apparently because my garage is not connected to my house I have to pay an extra $100? And when I explained that the service I had been receiving for the last two years included the yard and garage they told me that just because I was given “free”treatments in the past they wouldn’t continue. It feels very deceiving.. take $1000 from me and do less and less as time goes on but turn it around on me like it’s my fault that your company messed up? I was never told upfront any of this. And it feels like they changed their policy without informing existing customers. I find this treatment very poor to give to a loyal customer who had no plans to drop your company. After two years of treatments they tell me I have to pay an extra $60 for yard coverage and an extra $60 for the garage PER TREATMENT making my totally cost $250 instead of $130 to receive the same treatments I’ve been receiving. That’s outrageous to say the least.
Update to the update: Orkin has done 10x better than this company. Cheaper and much more proactive. Not just spray. STAY AWAY Update: pests are back after a few months without treatment. Trying someone else to get RID of them for good. Spent over $1000 for 8 treatments to end up where I was to begin with.

Hi Tyson - Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, no service provider can control when or if cockroaches will return. Had your service still been active and you not cancelled, we would've been happy to return for a reservice. I'm sure you understand that we can't return to homes that are no longer our customers. There isn't a timeline for how long it takes to eliminate a cockroach infestation at a customer’s residence because there are so many contributing factors outside of a pest control service provider's control.
2022 Update: I am disappointed with the service I received this year. Particularly regarding the second service of summer. I was unable to accommodate the original appointment due to heavy workload, and I requested to reschedule with the tech that came out because I wanted the interiors sprayed as well. They were fantastic and said we could reschedule. My issues started at after this. I received an email stating that a service was completed on June 21st, but I hadn't rescheduled the appointment. Normally, H2 has been consistent with notices before a service, but I received no notice this time. The email claimed that the tech treated multiple areas of my property that were inaccessible because the gates were locked. Additionally, I had requested them to spray inside my house and garage. This wouldn't have been an issue, since I work from home and was able to unlock the gate and let them inside, but no tech ever came to my house. When I called the company about it, I spoke with Chandler (the same person I have spoken to whenever I have called). He said they had sent a text message and that they came out to my house and sprayed everything. When I asked about the items they couldn't have gotten to because of the locked gate and interior, I was told that they email a template instead of changing it per service. After much too long arguing with Chandler about how no one came out, he offered to have someone come out for a "re"-service on July 7th, and everything seemed ok. Before the new service, I received a text saying that they would not come out until my account was in balance. I called and spoke with Chandler. He said that because they had "serviced" my house on June 21st, this upcoming appointment was a "re"-service, and the balance was due for the June service. While disputing the fact that they serviced my house at all, the time frame that was given by them didn't line up. Chandler continued to argue that they reached out prior to the 21st, and I offered to show them phone records with no messages or calls from them. I also asked them why I have only had issues with being contacted regarding the only service where no one actually came to my house. They were unable to provide an answer and said they couldn't schedule a service due to their automated system. Finally, after I said I would not be paying for a service that never occurred, Chandler offered to "speak to his manager" to see if he could get a tech out anyway. The call disconnected, and Chandler called back not even two minutes later claiming to have instead spoken to the "owner". I find it hard to believe that he changed his mind about who to call, called them, they answer, he explains the situations, and got an answer/solution in the two minutes. We were able to get a tech out to my house, and they sprayed everything. The techs that came out were on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is exactly the way it was last year when I dealt with them originally. I mentioned rodents, because I had seen one outside, and they checked the traps from last year and found low bait. This is something that no previous techs had brought up during normal services, but I don't blame the techs for that. When I expressed my recent frustrations with the company, one of the techs mentioned that a tech was recently let go because of performance. I am not entirely without fault, since I asked the original service to be postponed. 2 weeks later, I am noticing a much larger number of pests (cellar spiders in particular) than normal. I have since closed my account with them because of this interaction. Original 2021 Review: This is the first time I have worked with a pest control company and the experience has been very nice. They are responsive and helpful. We have had to call them out for follow-up sprays, but they have always been prompt about scheduling. Next spring, I will be shopping around for pest control again, but H2 will be the frontrunner by far.
This guy is only concerned about getting the sale. So many promises but none were delivered. His pricing is not competitive and he try’s to lock you into a 2 year contract. However, what really makes this a low rating is his quality of work. The service man was in and out in 2 min at my house. Hardly sprayed anything and I quickly canceled because they weren’t doing anything different than what I can do myself. Again, this guy is all about his sales pitch and is stubborn about staying on your porch until he gets your money. If you are considering using them, do not use. There are a lot cheaper options for the same terrible service.
