The people who work in the office can never help you with what you need. The first time I called to cancel, they hung up on me. The second time I called to cancel it they said I have to wait after 4 PM to cancel. After waiting all day, I called them after 4 PM and they’re saying I still can’t cancel it because they have to do 1 more service. Their workers are not on the same page at all and give me different information every time I call.

The technician came to my door, introduced himself, explained that he was here for pest control and asked if we had any areas that needed extra attention. He did his job in a timely manor.

Kaden, was a great technician who seamed to care about the quality of his work. He listened to me when I voiced concerns on where I needed extra spraying for pests around my home.

We've used Tutts for aeration and pest control for a couple years now. They send out a text message to schedule the appointment with a time window in advance. It's great that they knock on the door as a courtesy to let you know when they're on site doing the treatment. They also send an email receipt afterward that confirms payment. Last summer we had a few wasp nests under the deck and they came out and took care of it for us. When we first moved in we had tons of black widow spiders in the garage. They sprayed in all the corners of the garage and we haven't seen any black widows in a while now. Our lawn is also benefiting from the aeration. We're happy with the service and they're great folks to work with. Thank you!

Technician Will A. was fantastic. He walked the entire property and hit every gopher hole. He explained the return guarantee details and smoothed out the mounds. Super nice guy. I also met the owner Todd T earlier and found him to be a pleasant, fair, and knowledgeable owner. Pricing was good. I'll definitely use them again!
