Watch out for your windows. On my 2nd service they broke one of my ground level windows while using their riding lawn mower.

We’ve spoken with multiple window specialized companies in Utah; including installers, owners, and sales experts, and the feedback given was all the same & claimed that a mower exhaust does not produce enough heat or force to break a window like this. What is shown in your images is consistent with an impact break, which would normally be caused by a projectile. If it were from heat, the glass would shatter rather than form a clean impact point like this.<br><br>➡️ That said, whether or not we caused this, we have offered to cover the cost of the replacement window because we value our customers and our reputation. We want to do what is right, even if we’re not at fault.<br><br>😄 Also, to finish, we want to make it clear: we care deeply about our customers, and when we are at fault, we always take full responsibility. In this case, we’re still standing by our offer to help make this right for you!
Updating my review…after changing from Trugreen to Solterra my grass has gone from a lush green to patchy yellow. I ended up changing and going back to Trugreen. Solterra mowed my lawn and cut it so short it was dying in certain areas. They sprayed for pests but I was still having a huge issue with spiders and box elder bugs. Also the fertilizer seemed none existent because my grass was failing to thrive when they were caring for it. The pest guy was awesome but the quality of there products seems very poor.

Our program is built around a 7 treatment seasonal plan, and starting later in the season after previous treatments with another provider can make it more difficult to see strong recovery right away. We also offer a free reservice guarantee on all of our fertilizer treatments, but without communication from you about any concerns, we were not able to schedule a follow-up or make the proper adjustments.<br><br>In terms of mowing, we only serviced the lawn three times. The first mow is always a learning curve for both us and the property, and we were not given any notes about a preferred mowing height. There were also several pauses and gaps between scheduled visits, which made it difficult to maintain consistency. We are always happy to tailor mowing to your preferences if we are made aware.<br><br>As for the pest service, we are glad to hear you had a positive experience with the technician. We did not receive any messages from you about ongoing pest activity, but we always provide free retreatments when needed. All it takes is a quick message and we will make it right.<br><br>We truly care about the quality of our work and are always happy to help when issues come up. Communication plays a big role in that, and we would have loved the opportunity to address any concerns while services were still active.<br><br>Thanks again, Candice. The business itself is great - return calls promptly, communicate well, schedule times in advance and give notice as to when they are on their way. I was looking for lawn aeration; they offered liquid aeration. **I did no research in advance!** My husband saw the process and had questions. I did research afterwards and found that mechanical aeration is the evidence based best standard. So that's what I'll get going forward.

i would have been happier to have had a time frame for his visit. He did not come until 7:30 that evening. I also said he should not have been scheduled so late. I felt unhappy because I had to decline a fun invitation with a friend to wait for him. Some companies give me a time frame of 2 hours, some 4 hours. When Noah finally arrived he was exceptionally great at his job. He not only knew how to do his job but he also told me what to expect. He was kind and personable but was willing answer my questions.

I called and received a bid over the phone. The employee told me the cost would be $69,00 per treatment. I confirmed with him that he said $69.00 and he said YES. After a brief conversation I asked him again "So I will be getting 6 treatments at $69.00 each" and once again I was told yes. After I got the first treatment I noticed that I was charged $79.00 not $69.00 like I was told....FOUR TIMES. I sent them a message and they said that there was some sort of misunderstanding. I got my second treatment and once again I was charged $79.00. I sent them yet another message and told them once again that I was not charged correctly and that I was done with any further services. It's not the $10.00 difference that matters. It's the fact that I was quoted one price and was charged another. I DONT like being lied to or scammed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.,

I needed a pest/termite inspection report for my home which is going through a VA loan which was mentioned when I set up the appointment, verified the appointment and when they showed up at my home. Report needed filled out on the government form and all of the sudden it can't be done. Company called back and wanted to make it right and there was a bit of confusion with communication as my realtor got involved.

I once was a proud customer of Solterra. However I do feel compelled to write about my recent experiences. 2 years ago I was paying 25.00 a service 2x a month for lawn mowing. I have a very small yard and park strip that they would take care of. good value, lawn looked good, etc. They then jumped their price by 10 dollars a service last year. Ok no biggie, inflation etc. 70 bucks a month for 2 mowing services. This is on a .07 total acre lot in Daybreak. Known for small yards. This year I get a bill after my first services with an amount of 55.00 per service. I begrudgingly pay the first bill and send a message through their service to discuss this increase and was it a 1 time cost due to it being the first mow of the new year as they have a 1.5 multiplier cost on their statement for first mow of the season. I let them know that if this is fact the true cost going forward I would like to know so I can consider alternatives or decide to stop all together. While I admire their entrepreneur spirit, it has felt increasingly that its become more of a cash grab to them than providing a good service at fair and reasonable rates. The communication was non existent whenever I had issues to bring up. Last year their team completely missed a middle section of my small yard that had leaves on it like the rest of the yard. When I inquired about it i was told they mowed it and new leaves must have blown down. At this point there were no leaves on the trees and I sent them a pic and they did nothing to even acknowledge it. This seems to be how they want to operate moving forward. However as one of their first clients and one who was loyal even when they did things maybe outside their area like breaking my backflow preventer and not even having the decency to tell me they did, they just avoid the issue. They would have rather lost a client and someone who supported them than be honest, communicative, and forthright in their dealings. After finally speaking to them and hearing them out about their "attempts" to send me a message in their system, I sent them all the screen shots and cooresponding messages that i sent and never received anything back from them. They could have cared less and were more than happy to take my money for the last services and move on. Not a great way to run a local business in which your biggest way to grow is to work and talk with your clients so they spread the word for you. It felt that they wanted more and more money from me, after I refused to sign up for their other services, and they relentlessly kept texting, messaging me to do so. When I shared with them that Beeline pest, was not only extremely more affordable and had been providing me quality service for over 5 years they seems to be upset by that and bam here comes the price increase. So best of luck, to you guys, but felt you need some honest feedback as you attempt to grow.
