Horrible experience with this company. Will never recommend them to anyone. Was told a cleanout was going to be done at my house and I got prepared along with my family. My neighbor who has caused the reason that we needed an exterminator anyway did nothing that we did. We were told to leave our property and they did not. Was told if we didn't do all these things to get ready that a fine would be charged. So all excited I am to finally get something professionally done to find that really nothing was done. I could have done better myself. I feel very let down. Like almost a joke. I hope the next person that needs services done considers others before you go with this company. There are many others.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today and I have to say he is one of the most professional and insightful technicians in any industry ive dealt with. Smiled whole time, replied yes, no sir and understands the importance of repeat customers. He takes pride at being good at anything he does. They dont pay me to think but I think he has management potential written all over him. Im hope they take care of this guy and make sure he has what he needs in order to stick around.

I have no issues with their services, it’s their drivers!! They cut people off on the roads and not using signals to let the other drivers know! Also have caught one texting while driving. Maybe the company needs to make their drivers take defensive driving courses.

I've been using them for years.

I live at an apartment complex that uses this particular company. They came out and sprayed, and it's like they spray water. I had more luck catching the german cockroaches with sticky pads than they did with spraying. The apt complex only has them come out every 3 months. So that doesn't help with anything. The came out yesterday, and the gentleman that came is their termite tech, and he appeared to spray really well. Idk what he sprayed, but now those bugs are out everywhere! He did leave me some sticky pads and put some gel in my outlets. The apt complex is supposed to have them come out and do a "clean out" which is not what this apt needs. It needs to be fumigated. The issue with that is that there are 3 other apts connected to this building. So they would need to fumigate all 4 apartments in order to do anything.

Tony was just lovely, respectful of current social distancing recommendations and made sure he was thorough and all areas were taken care of. We just got the spray so I cant attest to the product itself, but as long as it works as well as their people it will be great.

They have been out to spray several times and never mentioned the mulch around the house (put in by previous house owner) is a magnet for termites. Shows that they either dont care or are incompetent. I raked back the mulch and there were termite larvae. Which shows their spraying was also ineffective. AVOID THEM THEY ARE INCOMPETENT! Makes me wonder if these glowing reviews are people that work there or friends of the owners.

I have used Gafford for a number of years. They can generally book an appointment within a week. Very courteous and professional techs and office staff. I trust Gafford Pest Control to keep unwanted pests out and off of my property.
