SWAT is the absolute best pest control company that I have ever used which means a lot coming from a renter of 20 years. I recently moved from Midland to Lubbock and my property management company recommended them when I noticed a significant roach problem in my beautiful duplex. They were professional yet extremely personable to my issue and situation. They were much more reasonable in their pricing and the service is above 5 stars (shout out to Braden who was my technician all three times in my home).
