Underhanded & unethical. The guy signed me up while we were in a hurry. I read the fine print & canceled within an hour of signing. (3 days to cancel) The guy sent a tech to spray my home with in 15 min of me canceling. I was not home & was charged for the service but was let out of the contract. I gladly paid it to wash my hands of them.

Ryan did a great job and was very friendly. He also let me know he was on the way so I could lock up my dogs.

Fox has been our pest control family for over 7 years! Jerry is an amazing and kind technician!! They are truly here to make sure we are comfortable and bug free in our home!! We highly recommend Fox Pest Control!

William Davis was our technician today and he came out to treat a spider problem I was having in my shop. He was super thorough and killed the spiders that were in corners scaring me to even be in there as well as triple coated everything!!! So kind and respectful to my kids who kept asking him questions!! Top notch service all the way around!!

**Do not be afraid to switch pest control companies—getting what you actually pay for matters!** I was a loyal customer with Fox Pest Control for over five years paying $59 - $65 EVERY single month. When we moved into a brand-new home, I trusted them completely to take care of us- all based on their amazing reviews. Unfortunately, despite regular treatments and repeatedly rescheduling additional visits when we were home, the pest problems never stopped. Every time I brought up the ongoing issue, I was given excuses: *"It’s a new build," "The dirt is moving," "You’re close to a field." “Too much rain.”* I’ve lived in many homes across multiple states—and even overseas in Asia—and I have never dealt with hideous water bugs and spiders like this. The absolute last straw was having guests over, only for a bug to land directly on a visitor's hand. It was deeply embarrassing, especially considering how much money I had faithfully paid Fox over the years without ever getting our home under control. We finally made the switch to a new pest control company, and the difference is night and day. The new team went straight to the root of the problem on day one—they actually found the water bug nest, treated for spiders to prevent egg hatching, and included lawn treatment under the exact same plan. On top of the unresolved bug problems, every time our home was sprayed by FOX, my dog would end up throwing up—even though we made a point to leave the house during treatment as a precaution. While I can't definitively prove the connection, the timing was far too consistent to ignore. To make matters worse, as shown in the photos, wherever they sprayed repeatedly, the residue crept up and discolored and pitted the concrete while leaving the actual pests completely untouched. What finally pushed me to post this review was the billing situation after canceling. Despite years of loyalty and unresolved issues, they insisted I owed two final payments. To their credit, Reagan on the phone was extremely nice, as were all the technicians who visited our home over the years. Management did eventually remove one “overdue” fee, and I am paying the final balance today just to close out the account. And be done with FOX forever. But polite staff doesn't substitute for results. Fox really dropped the ball here. I regret waiting so long out of loyalty. If you are struggling with ongoing issues and empty excuses, don't make my mistake—switch companies! Not everyone is just waiting on a recurring payment (average $750 per year); some companies actually get the job done.

The salesman explained everything they could do for us and Jelani walked my son and I through step by step as he worked his magic. He even found a wasp nest that we didn't know about. Very thorough. Very knowledge. It was an excellent experience!

Extremely aggressive salesmen who try and convince you to go with them to the point of the salesman offering me 250 dollars of his own money for the cancellation fee. I told him over and over i won’t go with a pest company who requires a contract because of the product and service was a good as they say it is people wouldn’t need to be under contract they would just keep calling y’all back. He got just shy of confrontational about the whole thing and continually said that I just don’t understand and I was being stubborn about the contract. A true pitbull salesman. Took me almost thirty minutes to get him off my porch. Moral of this story is never trust a salesman or a company who employees that salesman That parks his Tesla in the corner of the neighborhood and drive around on a Segway harassing people and being aggressive if they say no.

Josh was the gentleman that came out and helped me get setup with their services. He was super helpful and great. I’m looking forward to doing business with them!!

Fox Pest Control offers great service at a price that fit my budget. Jelani, our technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during the initial application and he took the time to explain the process in detail. Follow up service after the sale is available, and the fact that Fox offers effective services while being pet friendly was a main selling point for us.

We had Ricky come by our house today. Ricky was very personable and funny that it drew us into the conversation. He is very knowledgeable about the product and explained everything with such detail. Answered every question we had and then some. He made sure to repeat himself on the important stuff and made sure we 100% understood everything. We would highly recommend!

I am very happy with Fox Pest Control and Will is a wonderful technician. He told me exactly what he was going to do and why. Answered all of my questions and concentrated on my specific pest concerns. Will went above and beyond to address what I needed. The service was extremely thorough, as he took his time, didn't rush at all. It is not even 24 hours later and I am seeing a massive reduction in flies on my back porch. I couldn't be happier.
