I called this company 6 months ago and had them come out to my home and the technician did a very good job and was very thorough however I had told him at the end that I wanted to sign up for quarterly services at my home which it sounded like he had set up however I have not heard from this company at all ever since. Very disappointing. I guess they don't want my business after all. I'll find a company that actually does..*Update, for the record they have not reached out to me at all even though in their "response" they claimed that they did but they have not..

It’s my fault for doing business they are up front that if they don’t catch the skunk I still we’ll be charged. The fair way to do business is only pay if the job is completed I should have used common sense and not do business without a grantee. With the business policy this company uses I want to warn people buyer beware you can end up wasting your money all they do is set the trap and drive off. When I was a kid it was different an exterminator would force the rodents or skunks out. Anther thing that really upset me he I found the skunk called and got a call back two days after. Complete waste of money do not do business

They we're doing good and then no calls to schedule the next appointment before they would call when it was time to spray
