I called South Plains in desperate need of an exterminator. My call was immediately answered and they were able to have someone was en route to our home within an hour. Jake came and was answered prayer! He was timely, thorough, and very kind. We had a million questions and talked his head off, but he was so friendly and patient. He sprayed every nook and cranny of our home, and I haven’t seen any live critters indoors or outside since! Im so grateful to have found South Plains Pest Control. I highly recommend South Plains Pest Control. They are always on time and very honest and reliable. I wanted to edit to include that they are a locally owned business. The owner is there to take care of you and takes pride in ensuring that you are satisfied and not just there to receive a check. I have now used him and his son twice for our quarterly spraying and my friends are starting to use them and have been highly satisfied.

I called to get a problem with bedbugs resolved. Fortunately my problem wasn't bad, and thanks to Louis & South Plains Pest Control, my bug problem is resolved and was stopped before it became a serious problem! They drove 2 hours from Lubbock to Amarillo to come service my home the same day I called, with only a few hours notice. I'm happy to say I haven't had a single issue since they serviced my home! I highly recommend South Plains Pest Control. Thank you to Louis for the outstanding and rapid service!

Louis is fantastic! We discovered termites in our home and he confirmed our thoughts first thing at 7am and our house was completely treated before 10am. He is kind, honest, and very reassuring. He even came back later in the evening and helped us with fire ants in our yard. We will use SPPC in the future for all pest control needs.

Louis came out quicker to spray for bed bugs than my other peat control company that I’ve used for 12 years, appreciate it so much!!

Edit my review. Louis was very very professional and respectful and explained the confusion. He made things right as he said he would. He is always extremely kind and talkative while working, I am glad we are doing service with the small family owned business. We used them last year. They were suppose to contact me and refill the termite bait, I had to contact them. I sent an email and called them twice. He said they would be here. Never called to cancel and never showed back up. So over $1k and I guess no return service.

Louis was very prompt and was able to come out and do an inspection the same day I called and then fit us in the next day for treatment. It didn’t seem like he was trying to gouge us and he explained every detail that went into the price we were paying. He explained the treatment in detail and was really informative.
