Great crew, very professional!

The crews arrived on time, held a pre-job meeting, donned safety equipment, and performed an excellent job removing the trees, picking up the limb’s & tidying up afterwards. Also a shout out to the gentleman that coordinated the job as the job went exactly as he said it would and the expectations were exceeded.

The team was great! Had an arborist come out and check out the trees, got us an estimate quickly. When we went to schedule the service they told me it might be two weeks. It was actually about 3 days! They came, did the trimming and cleaned up better than they left it! My trees look great and I feel better with the windy season coming!

I don’t know bout my trees, but the technician who treated them commenced to leave the valve open on the hose and killed my grass…hope he didn’t finish off my trees with whatever he sprayed them with!

Hildebrandt’s SavATree was timely, courteous and very thorough trimming our trees beyond our expectations, even combating bees while doing their jobs. Could not be more thankful and pleased. TRY THEM. One tree had reached the point where removal was necessary. The removal team was amazing, securing the tree with ropes to allow a Crain to safely lift and carry the tree across our yard, above the house next door to the alley where the team reduced the tree to manageable sizes for the grinder to dispose. These young men impressed me with their training and ability to complete this job with absolutely NO damage to property or landscape. I give them 10 stars and recommend Hildebrandt SavATree for any landscaping needs you might have. Thank you Hildebrandt.

My husband and I have always been very impressed by the good work and professionalism of Hildebrand. They always thoroughly clean up the property after their work and do an esthetically pleasing job.

I was told that the company had a "special" they were running to waive the $89.00 fee to look at my tree, and that all their technicians were certified Arborists. I asked before I made the appointment about the $ 89.00 fee Not being applicable, and was assured that the "special" was still being honored, so I made the appointment. The morning of my appointment, today, June 29th, 2026 I received a phone call to inform me that there would be a charge of $ 89.00. The employee bearing the upsetting news was very kind and professional, however I felt that the owner should have been the person to make such a call. Obviously the policy was ambiguous or unclear to the employee. If you want to present your company as professional and reputable to a potential customer, the owner or manager should have made the call. I would never do business with a company that would put their employee in the awkward position to have to resend a policy that was unclear, and to deal with the customer.

They came and let us know what the problem was and gave us tips on how to prevent future issues.

The young people who scaled the trees did an excellent job. Very attentive to our desires on cuts. Even tied a few bird deterrent's in the tree at our request. They were very polite and attentive. They left the yard in an immaculate state! Highly recommend! Rodger, Ezra and Stefan.
