Amazing people! Very informative and helpful, also very kind to any animals they encounter. Animals we viewed as pests were still treated with care and respect, but they were successfully removed nonetheless. Russell is AWESOME!

Words cannot describe how professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled Toby is. Removed a large snake from our garage quickly and with care. Ended up answering any and all of our questions as well. Truly grateful for Toby and his dedication to his work. Highly recommend, I doubt there’s anyone better.

Russell H. is an exceptional wildlife removal specialist. He helped us safely and legally navigate a very challenging situation involving protected species that got into an open air duct hole. He worked tirelessly for hours, never gave up, and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing and takes pride in doing things the right way. We’re incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend him.

As we were doing our kids bedtime routine, my husband found a snake under our fridge! This Michigan girl doesn’t do snakes. For reference, we are in the middle of a Katy, TX neighborhood. It was 7:30pm on a Monday night and Toby’s wife called us back immediately. Toby was on another job and still made it to our house in less than a hour. Toby and his wife were incredible to work with. Not only professional, but 10/10 service. Toby had the snake within minutes of being at our house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared all of his snake knowledge with us and the kids as we are not familiar with a lot of TX reptiles. He then took the time to investigate root cause, and assessed for rodents as well. As we are new to TX we are still renting. He did a walkthrough and took note of many things we are able to share with our landlord. 10/10 service, professionalism, 10/10 human Will use again and recommend to everyone! I just hope I don’t need to use him again :)

My partner called more than 20 pest exterminator contractors in one day wanting to find someone who was available to treat the property for rodents ASAP. We got several companies to come out, a lot were busy and did not give us a definite timeline. We got two estimates and Toby's Wildlife Management was our third to gauge where the prices were. During their appointment my partner texted me to let me know these guys were thorough, found a couple of rats and identified entry points. I was on the way to meet them at the property to discuss the scope of work to get the process going. I did not make it to the property my partner told me the guys dropped everything and left abruptly without discussing the detailes of the work needed. Very awkward. Somebody from another company from the earler 20 whom we did not expect or even had on the schedule stopped by the property, unannounced. What's funny was Toby's guys took off like they were afraid of something. I got to the property 2 minutes later, they were gone, the surprise contractor was dismissed as we already got 3 to come out, first come first considered. Never got to meet Toby's guys, but several days later after multiple reminders and delays my partner finally received the scope of work from him in writing. It seemed tho he was not even considering our timeline, making everybody wait for him, with price that was CONSIDERABLY higher than the other two. Although there was a lot of contradictions we did not have a chance to talk through the written terms at the property, I trusted my partner's first impression about Toby's company and agreed to higher price for the job. Until Sunday when we were away on a road trip Toby started to bombard us with messages and attempted to play his manipulation games to coerce us to pay him in advance on the phone. The way he was stalling for several days to present his estimate and then update the terms, the way he was hard to reach on the phone, inconsistent with answering messages, and reluctant to answer questions or meet with us both at the property, yet suddenly thinking that putting hard pressure tactics on someone to charge their card was offputting and downright suspicious. Toby tried to play victim being taken advantage of by non-paying customers, but why should someone with no debt whatsoever, clean track record and 800s credit score put up with contractor fears? ))) No reason. Toby acted like he did not trust my partner to pay him, yet he himself did little to establish trust and was asking for that credit being extended to himself. Ouch! My partner is an auditor, so we checked public records available to everyone and were shocked that this fellow has a history of problems with the law, charges and convictions himself. Phew! Glad that we used common sence not to give into the sob stories and hired someone who was not trying to rip us off. We hired another company and were charged considerably less. The appointment was made, bid given, work completed and payment made after completion all the same day.

6-star service—top-notch and extremely professional. Delbert did an excellent job accessing and identifying a potential bird issue in my stove hood vent. Toby’s Wildlife & Management helped me with an injured duck I found, and I’m so grateful for their help. Russell was incredibly compassionate and clearly very knowledgeable about wildlife. He took the time to explain everything and made a difficult situation feel a lot less overwhelming. The duck was injured, and I knew it needed proper care, so I’m really thankful it was able to be taken somewhere it could get the help it needed. You can tell they truly care about animals and what they do. Highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in a situation like this.

I can't say anything about Russell and Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control that has not already been said in prior reviews! Russell was quick to call me back, got to my location in about an hour and was able to take care of the raccoon problem that we had. I am very happy with his service and would absolutely use him again and I would have no hesitation to recommend his services to anyone!

A local duck was injured and Toby was fantastic for helping. Caring, genuine and kind - very respectful. Highly recommended!

Russell Hearen was incredible, we had a bird stuck in the oven vent, just by hearing it he was able to tell exactly which bird it was, had it taken out and put in a cage very fast, taught me everything I should know about these birds and helped find solutions as to how to avoid them getting in again. Very professional, kind, and considering the work done really good pricing, highly recommend.

Very very nice guy. Was VERY fast coming to our problem, gave us very interesting facts about animals and possums while also dealing with our possum issue. PRICE WAS UNBEATABLE! Would definitely call this guy again if I ever had an issue with animals again.

Dynamic duo Liz and Russ - Amazing people & super professional they came as promised time kept in communication- I wasn’t even home and they spotted my problem, immediately got on it. After removing Snake they inspected the area found eggs. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE! They care for the wildlife and have plenty of knowledge answered all my questions and advised on things that would never come to my mind. Strongly recommend them and they are available 24-7! Thank you for coming and taking care of my problem almost midnight when no one else did.

Russell went above and beyond in helping us remove a possum that had fallen between some walls in our home. He was responsive and met us in the middle of the night. He was thorough in investigating the problem and the source of entry in the attic. He was also so detail oriented and kept everything so clean in cutting into the Sheetrock to remove the animal. He even vacuumed the bits of drywall and insulation. Would definitely call him again if we have issues, but hoping the new shields he will install will prevent any future problems!

My grandmother called me because she saw a snake in her cabinet. I called Toby's Wildlife and spoke with Russell. He was ready to help and was at my grandmother's house in less than an hour. Excellent experience from Toby's Wildlife!! I had a opossum stuck between our fence in the backyard, and after calling literally several places for help on a Saturday morning, Toby was the only person that was happy to come out and assist. Not only did he swiftly remove the opossum, but he also went above and beyond by fixing my fence to make sure it doesn't happen again! Excellent customer service! I'm considering switching my pest services over to this company.

Affable accurate and available, at my doorstep within 40 min of phone call and found not just the one but another snake hidden in the pool heater. Kids had a blast watching. Will be hiring for pest and roach care.
