We LOVE Kirkpatrick Pest Control! They are amazing to work with, responsive and easy to schedule. They’ve done a great job keeping the bugs around our house under control. Also, they are locally owned! Highly recommend!!

I have had a great experience with Kirkpatrick’s Pest Control. Chandler and Robert are usually the technicians who come out to service my home, and both of them are equally amazing. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough with their work. They take the time to explain what they’re doing, answer any questions I have, and make sure everything is handled properly before they leave. What I appreciate most is their consistency and attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and making sure the customer is satisfied. It’s rare to find service technicians who are both friendly and truly take pride in their work, but Chandler and Robert definitely do. If you’re looking for a reliable pest control company with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Kirkpatrick’s Pest Control.

We’ve used Kirkpatrick Pest Control for quarterly service for about three years. They have always been dependable and courteous doing that time. They give you about a three hour window of when they will arrive. We have had very few problems with pests and when we do they come out at no extra charge. When you have a question or problem you talk directly to the owner. We highly recommend them.

We’ve had kirkpatricks for almost two years and its been exceptional service. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable and they always ask you if theres any specific issues to address. they also come in between scheduled appointments if theres any issues. I would definitely recommend

We just signed a new contract with Kirkpatricks Pest Control and today was our first treatment. Robert was very professional, courteous and punctual. He explained everything that he would be doing and did it quickly and thoroughly. I will post an update again once we've been using them for awhile.

Excellent experience from start to service! I sent an email for a quote and got a very detailed response with pricing within a couple hours and they answered the follow up questions I had. Contract was easy to understand, with fair terms and pricing was very reasonable. Within 1 day a tech, Robert was out to my home to treat. He walked me through the entire process, best practices, detailed information on the chemicals he was using and so much more. He was friendly and a great resource!

Hey Tony, we think you might have the wrong business. We don’t have record of this name in our system. All of our routine service visits are exterior only and don’t require a time window and we normally would not treat the bushes with an application unless specifically requested by the customer so this is definitely something we need to get to the bottom of. Signed up for a one time pest control, the gentlemen who came to our house sprayed quickly and sprayed our windows and left a nasty slime on them of whatever he sprayed. Did not care at all that my brand new windows where trashed. I told the guy I did not want a contract and appearently he signed me up for a contract. Canceled card so they could stop charging me. Customer service is unprofessional and they tell you it's canceled. It's canceled. To owners response. It was yall that sprayed yalls spray on the windows and I told the guy spraying to not spray our windows and he did anyway. It left nasty slime like stuff on it.when I signed up I said I want a one time spray and yall said absolutely. Gave me a price and said if I wanna change it to quarterly yall would be more than happy. The card was canceled because I asked yall not to charge it anymore when I called in.

Hey Lisa, we appreciate you listing out your concerns. There are a few things we would definitely like to touch base on based off your comments. We do not nor have we ever offered a one time service. We have it listed clear on our website so that everyone can see exactly what we offer which is quarterly pest control services. When you originally switched over to using us from your other company about a year and a half ago, we agreed on performing a quarterly service with a monthly payment breakdown. To our surprise, 3 months in your payment method declined and we never received contact from you since then, even after attempting to reach to you on numerous occasions. So unfortunately on our end only 3 of the 12 months you promised to pay for we actually paid for. As far as the window slime you saw on your windows, we do not apply any liquids or slime around windows during any quarterly applications, but we definitely do apologize you thought it was us this whole time we can imagine that would be frustrating. If you have any other concerns or questions we would appreciate you contacting us directly and we would be happy to assist you in any way we can.
