I have had a great experience with Kirkpatrick’s Pest Control. Chandler and Robert are usually the technicians who come out to service my home, and both of them are equally amazing. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough with their work. They take the time to explain what they’re doing, answer any questions I have, and make sure everything is handled properly before they leave. What I appreciate most is their consistency and attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and making sure the customer is satisfied. It’s rare to find service technicians who are both friendly and truly take pride in their work, but Chandler and Robert definitely do. If you’re looking for a reliable pest control company with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Kirkpatrick’s Pest Control.

We’ve used Kirkpatrick Pest Control for quarterly service for about three years. They have always been dependable and courteous doing that time. They give you about a three hour window of when they will arrive. We have had very few problems with pests and when we do they come out at no extra charge. When you have a question or problem you talk directly to the owner. We highly recommend them.

Please train your staff to respect “No Soliciting” signs and to avoid walking over lawns or landscaped areas while on private property.

Excellent experience from start to service! I sent an email for a quote and got a very detailed response with pricing within a couple hours and they answered the follow up questions I had. Contract was easy to understand, with fair terms and pricing was very reasonable. Within 1 day a tech, Robert was out to my home to treat. He walked me through the entire process, best practices, detailed information on the chemicals he was using and so much more. He was friendly and a great resource!

They ruined my bushes and showed up late every single appointment that was scheduled

Signed up for a one time pest control, the gentlemen who came to our house sprayed quickly and sprayed our windows and left a nasty slime on them of whatever he sprayed. Did not care at all that my brand new windows where trashed. I told the guy I did not want a contract and appearently he signed me up for a contract. Canceled card so they could stop charging me. Customer service is unprofessional and they tell you it's canceled. It's canceled. To owners response. It was yall that sprayed yalls spray on the windows and I told the guy spraying to not spray our windows and he did anyway. It left nasty slime like stuff on it.when I signed up I said I want a one time spray and yall said absolutely. Gave me a price and said if I wanna change it to quarterly yall would be more than happy. The card was canceled because I asked yall not to charge it anymore when I called in.
