I recently had a problem with a fault attempt on the credit card that was on file with ABC and the card was cancelled. I went into ABC web site and put a correct credit card number to use. Today I received a nasty note that I had failed to make payments for the last 37 days went the correct number was on file. I fired this company last month for not taking care of what they were being paid for years to take care of. They had the nerve to charge me again this month and when I called to get them to return my money they tried gaslighting me, refusing to return my money, and bargaining with me to keep their services. Unfortunately they couldn’t understand why I refused to continue to use them as my pest control! Only after arguing with me for well over 30 minutes did they finally agree to return my money!
