Excellent service from start to finish! The termite inspection was very thorough, professional, and informative. The inspector, Chris, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing.

We contacted Chem Tech to specifically kill mealy bugs in our front garden. They said they would treat & check in 7-10 days & if they weren’t dead they would retreat. The first treatment did not kill them. We had to beg them to come back & retreat. The tech came back, spent less than 5 minutes and sprayed 1-2 plants. The mealy bugs are worse than ever now & the company says they won’t guarantee their work. So I wasted $80 and a lot of my plants are on the verge of death. I am very disappointed, I chose a locally owned company for a reason & was burned. The photos attached are after Chem Tech treated “twice”
