I reached out to Renee for a rodent issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Even though the pricing was almost similar to my regular pest control provider, the level of thoroughness, professionalism, and genuine care he brought from the very first inspection made all the difference, which is why we chose him. He conducted a detailed and unrushed inspection, checking both attics, walking the entire exterior of the home, identifying possible entry points, and explaining each finding clearly. He sealed the garage opening, addressed the weep holes, and completed all the exclusion work with obvious attention to detail. He later returned to remove the initial traps set and apply the antimicrobial treatment in the attic as promised, without me having to follow up. What truly stood out to me was his personality, work ethic, and passion for helping. He was friendly yet professional, responsive, patient with all my questions, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. In fact, I was the one trying to remind him to collect the remaining balance, which says a lot about his commitment to doing things the right way. We are now three weeks out, and the results speak for themselves. Two days after the initial service, we set our own trap in the garage and caught what we believe was a mouse that was already inside before the garage opening was sealed. But since then, we’ve had no sightings, no droppings, and no activity — not in the house, not in the garage, and not even in the attic traps we set ourselves. Everything has remained quiet and clean, which brings so much peace of mind. I will update this review in a few months, but as of now, I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pests. Very professional and communicated well. We thought we had rodents in our attic and needed to get some help. They helped seal off all access in the garage, side of house, and roof. They put traps in the attic but we didn't catch anything and there were no recent signs of life. Thankfully, we think we were just hearing them crawl on the roof. We trimmed our trees to cut off access better. Attic was cleaned and sanitized as well. Will use again if we need! Also very reasonable price, cheaper than big name companies.

We had been hearing some noises in the attic. Rene came for an inspection, gave an overview about how he will solve the problem (in our case rats) by sealing the house, having a one way door for the rats to exit and gave a quote which was reasonable. He completed the work as promised and gave a 1 year guarantee of following up with more work if we see the rodents again.

We had a squirrel family making a home in our attic, and had 3 babies. Rene and his team solved the problem and sealed the areas where they were able to get into our attic. They also sealed entry points that mice or rats could enter as there were signs that had been in our attic too. Rene’s careful and professional work exceeded my expectations ! We had a routine home inspection with terminix & they discovered rat tunnels in our insulation. They wanted to charge an arm and a leg so I researched around for a rodent specialist company to get a second opinion. Renee was very informative on how to prevent rodents entering your home. Incredible work!!! Incredible because I didn't know what magic it was that captivated me to put my trust in Rodent Prevention Services A very professional job. My daughter heard noises inside the walls and above the attic. When I called the experts, they were available for an immediate inspection. They discovered that we had newborn raccoons It was so shocking to see how the mother raccoon had laid her babies inside my home. We had another family! When Rene noticed this, he immediately got to work sealing and distributing his work equipment They cleaned, sealed, put cameras, sanitized everything in due time!!! I had a new build house ina rural area. And I had some rats. Rene was recommended to me by a colleague. He came out and gave me an initial assessment and what it would take to remove the rodents and then also preventing any future Infestation. I’m so glad we called Rodent prevention services. Now we are rodent free and my family and home are safe.

René was great in resolving problem of squirrels in my attic. He is very straightforward, personable, respectful & does excellent work. He is knowledgeable, pays attention to details & job being done right! I had first called the pest control company with which I had an annual contract for 40 years – they came twice but did not resolve the problem & were going to charge me a high fee in addition to my contract to send a 3rd-party pest control company. I cancelled my contract. René was one of 3 companies I called & he impressed me with his courtesy, knowledge, & details of what he would do for a reasonable price. I hired him & am very happy I did! He did all of what he detailed which was more than any other quotes, did very neat work that complimented house appearance, & cleaned up all debris.
