Budget Bee

Jeff is a honest person. I recently called him to take a look at a recent bee infestation in my front yard. After taking a look at the insides of the tree, he found out there was no beehive. The honey bees were just pollinating the trees in my front yard coming from somewhere else. He recommended perhaps a trim of the tree later and reassured me the bees are harmless. He did not charge me for coming out!

They really care! I found a destroyed hive on my morning walk, the bees were all balled up trying to keep warm after their hive was destroyed when the dead tree they called home fell. I called a few places hoping they could save them but nobody would take my call since it wasn’t on private property until I called Budget Bee. Jeff answered, and was on his way within a couple hours, which is great since there is a freeze warning in 2 days! I really hope the hive survives and that Budget Bee can find them a new place to call home! So grateful to know there are people out there who really care! Thank you Jeff!

When a storm knocked down a tree, it unleashed a swarm of bees, and we were unsure of how to handle the situation. We contacted Budget Bee, and they responded promptly, arriving the same day to resolve the issue. Their fee was within our budget, and they handled the situation with professionalism.

Jeff from Budget Bee Removal was awesome! I found a swarm of bees around the outside of my dryer vent and started calling around in a panic. Most 24-hour places either weren’t available or wanted to charge a crazy amount. Jeff came out fast, knew exactly what to do, and got right to it. He was super calm and easygoing, which really helped me chill out. So glad I found him—definitely recommend Jeff and Budget Bee Removal if you ever need quick, reliable help with bees.

A year later I found that what I thought was a good job really was not. The bees were gone but the cones were not and the patch work was awful. This causes the bees to come back. I just had to pay someone again to fix what was never done correctly. After being stood up by several bee people I was referred to Jeff by a coworker. I texted him and he came out and gave me a quote. He came when he said he would and took care of the problem. I was hesitant because I had been stood up several times. I have been dealing with this for months and I am happy to have found Jeff.

I called Jeff to come take care of a hive issue we had under a modular trailer. He was able to come out same day and informed me he had taken care of the issue. He was in and out in about 7 minutes. I was not on site when he performed the work so I trusted him and sent him payment via Zelle. The next couple days there was still a large swarm of bees coming in and out from under the trailer. This led me to believe there was a hive nested within the trailer floor. I called Jeff to explain the situation and he stated hed come back out to site and take care of the issue. I called him throughout the next couple days in which he no longer answered me. When the bees were calm I took advantage to look under the trailer and low and behold there was a hole right next to where the hive he removed was with a comb visible from under the trailer. When he removed the hive, he knew there were more hives nested within the trailer floor because it would have been visible once he removed the first hive as it was within a couple inches from the first hive. After reading a couple of reviews, I cracked down how he conducts business. He only takes care of bee hives that are within arms reach and will not go above and beyond to eliminate the problem if it involves removing floor/siding/material. He can be the answer for a quick fix to get rid of a small non-nested hive issue but do not call him to handle a nested hive requiring lots of work and removing siding/floor or other building material. There are several accounts who have only posted 1 review leaving positive reviews on his business leading me to think these accounts are fake. He also wrote a positive review using his personal account lol Moral of the story, if you have a big issue do not call these guys. They only want small jobs they can knock out quick and will not stand by their work.

I was told they’d go out to my house the following day, I called for an update and was told I’d have to wait another day. Several days and a couple unreturned phone calls later I never heard back, save your time and energy and call someone else.

Jeff responded my initial call fast a week ago and told me for $300 to kill bees and remove all bee hives but not responsible for repair job which I agreed. It took him less that 30 minutes to spray the poison gas from the hole near the roof where the bees coming in and out. He said he would come next day to remove bee hives after all bees died. He wanted $100 for this killing bees and I wrote a check of $100 to him. The next day he came, tore a piece of board near the roof and removed 3 small pieces of bee hives in less than 30 minutes. When I asked if all the bee hives be got rid of and he replied: Yes, all hives have been removed. I noticed that some honey were dripping out and asked him about it, he stated that the honey would be dry and disappeared. He asked me to pay him the remaining $200 in cash which I did. I asked a warranty paper and he wrote on a piece of blank paper stated one year warranty and gave it to me. Because he was not responsible for repair job, so I hired a handyman to come to fix where he tore off. When the handyman came, he found that there were much more hives remained there. I then realized that Jeff only removed the hives that were easy to reach (at his arm length) without touching those hives deeper inside and below. Since warranty for one year, I called him immediately and asked him to finish his job and he said he would come that afternoon but he did not show up. I called him again the next day, nobody answered. I kept calling, only answer machine took the calls, then I texted him, and told him that if he didn't came, I would stop the payment of that $100 check, still no reply and he never showed up. Right now the remaining hives (Jeff only removed the small part while the large part) are still there. I didn't know whether Jeff did not diagnose the extent of the bee problem accurately or maybe he, as a bee expert who knew the situation, just wanted to do easy job and get easy money.

I don't know how y'all got Jeff to show up, but he barely responded to me(5 times out of 10). I think that is very unprofessional since he said he would come, but never did. Also, especially since we really needed the help because bees were coming all inside of our house. I gave him my address, we set a a day and a time, he said he would be there on that day, never came and did not respond to my text or call. He may give you a good quote, but it's obviously not worth it if he's not going to show up or respond to you - waste of precious time
