Where do I begin? Customer service is atrocious here and they charge close to $200 for a basic spray when other pest control companies charge $40 a month and you get as many sprays as you need. I’m not even sure how they are still operating my guess is that they just have a lot of friends and contracts that they get but if you’re a basic residential customer do not count on them at all

Make sure you ask questions when you get your first service. They came once in March to spray the outside and was told by the service tech guy that due to Covid he could not spray the inside, he even wrote it in the yellow copy invoice he provided me saying he would spray the Inside on the next quarter. It’s July now and guess what?? Frontier didn’t want to spray the inside due to their 90 day period. We paid them close to $300 on that first visit and they only sprayed the outside. We paid for indoor and outdoor service. They do not honor what they initially sell you. How can you say 90 day warranty yet due to Covid your technicians can’t come inside? Makes no sense!!

Omg.. The worst customer service possible, in fact The SheGuy that answer the phone is very rude and likes hanging up on your face do yourself a favor the better pest control services in the local area be aware this place it's Terrible..

I picked them because they were the only ones who did not want any contracts signed. But their service is useless. They do not come on time and nothing happens to the roaches after they treat. We let them pre-treat our newly constructed home and started seeing roaches 2 weeks after that. We have not even moved in fully. When I called back, the customer care lady laughed at me and said I brought the roaches with me. She was insulting and accused me of not washing my dishes properly. Please do not use them.
