Bugs Incorporated

We have been on the quarterly spraying plan with Bugs, Inc. for over 20 years. Over the years they have treated my home for multiple problems. I have never had a problem with their service. I am grateful that they allow me to request the same technician (Justin Brassfield) each time. Justin is always friendly , prompt, and very professional. He is also very familiar with our property. He makes it a point to show us problematic insects and how to prevent their damage. I trust him. In my opinion, the pricing and service provided can’t be beat.

Today Madison came and sprayed my home and she was WONDERFUL! She arrived early, her uniform was clean and she looked so professional! She didn’t even complain about the dog poop in the backyard! It is so nice to see a female out in the field and totally killing it! Kudos to her and Bugs Inc!!

Wish I could give this place 10 stars… I’ve been using them for the past 20 years in all of the homes I manage and every one of them is Bug free!!! They are always on time, Thorough, polite, come in and get the job done and they are out of there. Never have any issues with scheduling. I’ve never had any issues with automatic pay… I just cannot recommend them highly enough.
