Workers van launched a rock and hit our windshield, the worker refused to pull over for the company's insurance and when we went to Deltas office the lady who i assume is the manger was pretty rude and the dude with the gay rose tattoo thought I was recording him trying to Intimidate me, both the manger and employees refused to hand over their insurance so police had to get involved in order to get any kind of insurance information overall a scummy place of business, I do better landscaping. pest control, and junk removal at a better price lol ps next time just hand over your insurance makes life a whole lot easier

I have been using Delta since November of 2012 and have always been very happy with the results. Brendon is always there when I schedule and is very polite and helpful. I have always appreciated him greatly. He is a great asset to your company. All of the maintenance employees who have ever come to my home to spray, have been very nice and polite. The current employee is exceptionally professional and nice. He is friendly and I enjoy having him come to do the spraying. I can not remember his name, but am greatful for him coming to make sure I am safe form bugs. I do not like bugs!

After many years, we terminated our maintenance service because of the decline of customer service. We gave them another opportunity by going back to them but was very disappointed on first visit which happened 2 years ago. DELTA sent a maintenance crew to my house and they left a huge mess which took hours to clean up. I called management to ask them to clean up the mess the crew made but they ignored the request. At first, they blamed me for the mess and refused to rectify the problem. After a few days of calling this business and speaking to several different people, they finally sent a person to see the mess and he took pictures of the shrubs, roses and grass which confirmed my complaint. They finally agreed to send a crew to rectify the problem. The management stated they I would not be billed for the service due to the extreme inconvenience we suffered during that time. I immediately cancelled my maintenance service with their management and thought it was over. Last week, I received an invoice billing me for both days of maintenance, one for the original service and the other for the clean up. Because the second invoice was not signed, they agreed to remove it from the bill. Yes, why do I need to pay for them to clean their mess? But, I was responsible to pay for the first. I will never request any maintenance service from them again.
