Josh (my technician) who services my business does exceptionally well, and he is very thorough. He asks questions to find out what my current needs are and does not make any assumptions about anything. He is kind but still professional and I am always happy with the service he provides! Steven is fantastic! He is very professional and if he notices wasp nests outside while he is servicing the house, he removes them. He also addresses any other concerns we might have.

Javier did a fantastic job on spraying my mom’s home. He is very professional and caring . He does a thorough job with spraying the inside and outside of the home. Excellent work .😊

I recently canceled my service, primarily due to management issues, despite the technicians and call center being professional. However, a team is only as good as its leadership. When a technician and manager showed up to finish our property's exterior—postponed because of rain—I allowed them entry. However, instead of entering my home, I waited by a door. They had no idea I was standing there. The technician started outside, and suddenly, the manager saw a door to my home, opened it, and started to walk in. I stopped him and asked what he was doing since they were only supposed to work outside. He claimed he thought it was a bathroom. I then questioned whether he intended to enter and use our facilities without permission. I demanded they leave, called the home office, and was told my complaint would be passed to another manager. After six hours without a response, I called again, only to be told by the other manager that the manager at my home was only "going above and beyond." Attempting to enter a home without permission isn't going above; it is, however, a direct violation of the customer’s privacy and potentially their safety. Regardless, it costs them my business. We expect our privacy and home to be respected. Ultimately, I want to trust the companies I work with, and this incident broke that trust.

I called, spoke to Maria explained exactly what was needed she said "ok we have you down for Friday between 3 and 5" I should have asked for an exact date because 3 Fridays have passed and I'm still waiting for them to show up.
