Integrity Pest and Termite

Not all heroes wear capes. I phoned Integrity Pest and Termite in an absolute panic. Unbeknownst to me, termites have been in a feeding frenzy in my walls. I had no idea that I was speaking with the owner, Omar Martinez. Omar was the calm in my storm. He put my mind at ease and assured me everything would be ok. Omar came out quickly and assessed the situation. Omar immediately put a plan into action. Omar's calm and kind demeanor kept me from falling apart. The work has been completed and I feel that my home is not only protected, but I've made a lifelong, trusted connection with a company that has Integrity and truly cares about their customers. I will recommend Integrity Pest and Termite to everyone.

All I can say is WOW! I am SO very pleased that I found Integrity Pest Control! Eric did such an AMAZING job at my house!!! He was extremely professional and explained what he was doing, as he was doing it. They have VERY reasonable prices and include a lot of bonus things in your service contract! Eric once again, did great at explaining everything very thoroughly. :) Let's face it, spraying our homes can get pricey.. It feels like a huge weight off my shoulder to have Integrity treating my home at their prices. I know I can count on them.. THANK YOU INTEGRITY PEST CONTROL!!! Good customer service, very detailed inspection.

José Sánchez was very attentive and explained everything to us, answering all our questions, both during and after the infection.

Requesting services was easy. The report was done professionally with detail and was easy to understand. I loved how it was broken by sections and the pictures were clear. There was also a recommendation to each item that needed to be addressed along with a color scheme. The inspection was done in the morning and by the evening the report was delivered to my email. I would definitely request the services again. I also called about a question and the person that did my inspection was off that day and he still returned my call. That’s what I call great customer service!

Benji was very quick to respond to my call and what needed to be sprayed and inspected. Aaron the exterminator inspected sprayed both times and was quick and reassuring and explained process and instructions. Aaron is very personable and attentive to our needs. He definitely gets five thumbs up!

Switched service from the place I had been using for years. They "got" me with the sales pitch. Techs are good, but the communication needs improvement- BEWARE that if you are sold on a monthly plan YOU ARE STUCK IN IT FOR 1YR. Techs don't go over this with you, you just sign and when asked if Its month to month and told yes- it's a lie. You are charged monthly but locked in for a year if you cancel you still pay- my fault for taking the word of the tech and not looking at what I signed- so use them but DO NOT get a PLAN. Dont waste your time responding to this you Win "integrity" pest. You get my money and dont have to do anything in return. 👏🏽
