Cristian of Prime Pest and Lawn provided outstanding pest service. He sprayed in and outdoors for bugs and setup traps to handle the rodents (mice/rats) in our area. We have asked for him to be our primary helper. Highly recommended.

Terrible billing practices. Continuously charging my elderly mother despite her never ordering their mosquito service and several calls from her to cancel and cease. Manager refuses to answer messages or even get on the phone. Stay away!

The company was able to be scheduled quickly for inspection of termite traps. Family had noticed the head above ground which was a safety issue for the elder and disabled living in the home. Cristian came, introduced himself, walked the grounds with me and was able to dig deeper into the ground and cover traps completely. You are awesome Cristian, Thank you

FULL REFUND from my financial institution after prime pest didnt show up for 8 months and continuosly charged my card. Watch out out with these guys, they will screw you. After submitting disputes to my financial institution they finally showed up *unannounced* after 8 months of no service - thinking I was going to let them service our yard. When I questioned the tech he explained management sent him to service here, I informed him he was not authorized and please tell management there was no service in 8 months although multiple charges on my account. It was such a nightmare dealing with this team, They sent me to collections after I blocked them from charging my card & realized afterward they had all my info saved. They showed up on financial statements under a different name and kept charging my card. Id try to stay on top of it but this company would not give up. They had become the PRIME PEST. What drew the line is what happened after sending me to collections. Without permission the collection agency(Aldous associates) dipped their hands into my account and charged significantly more than the "debt" they claimed.
