I was a customer for over 10 years. Today, I decided to take my business somewhere else. Just made appointment with another company. Their service has been just going down hill. Will not go over details as I had a long phone call about it today. It is a shame. I will not be using this company again after they type of response I got today from their help desk person and the lack of professionalism of the person that was supposed to do the work.

This company a pest control company, and also does home inspections. Before they do home inspections they should lern the international residential code, or the national residential code before giving advice to a homeowner that is buying a home. 90% of homes that are sold in this country are used homes, and not all the homes have to be up to the present day code. The code books are updated evrey 3 years so before you go to a home and inspect it understand the hole code book before giving advice to it. Also think about if you are violating state. Laws before you come to another state for home inspection. You may wind up with a fine for that state.
