The representative I spoke to was friendly and gave me a brief description of what the technicians were going to do. I asked for Tony because I've heard he was great at his job. He was friendly and takes precaution on safety. He was also punctual which is also important.

I had three estiments from different companies on an issue i had with termites. Continental was the most professional and had the most reasonable price, they were very friendly, and most importante they did an excellent job, they picked up after themselves and answered all questions i had. I have a bat issue. The Service personnel is very friendly but they were always late for appointments and the office management would constantly phone on appointment dates to reschedule appointments. I would leave numerous messages but no one would return my calls. They tried some sort of spray to chase the bats away but that did not work, then they tried clips and odor sacks (that did not work either). Finally after a few weeks they were going to try a net but they cancelled that appointment date so I said never mind. I asked for a partial refund. Management said they would phone me back to see what they could do for me...like usual still waiting.
