My dog got skunked, last Wednesday. My neighbors dogs got skunked Thursday! Called Animal Control Friday, could not get hold of anybody there. Looked up Pest Control. Apex came up, said they remove skunks. Lionel returned my call. Told me the price, ouch! No guarantees because skunks are crafty and sometimes they get run over or just don't return.Thought about it, talked to my neighbor. We split the cost. Lionel came the next day, set the trap in the alley for 3 days. No luck. He checked the trap every morning. Moved the trap into my yard by the tomatoes. Two days later, this morning, success. Skunk has been relocated far, far away!!! Lionel was forthcoming about the cost for 7 days only. We were worried about putting out the money with no results but fortunately success today!!! I have been using Apex since we moved to El Paso around 4 years ago. They have always been responsive, prompt and get the job done right.

We had an unexplainable German Roach problem at the house. We contacted Apex to solve it. Lionel came over, did a thorough inspection, discovered some, and explained that they were brought in somehow, such as a box or some various foreign item. He sprayed and continually checked in on us to see if the issue was resolved but it wasn't yet. So he made an additional visit. We suspected the source being our trash can (which was imported), so he took it outside and sprayed it. Few hours later I noticed a 5 dead roaches. We haven't had a problem since! Highly recommend using Apex. Very knowledgeable and friendly!!

Flexible scheduling, great customer service, and very reasonable prices

I got in touch with Lionel and he was very courteous and professional. He came out to my home and I explained to him what was going on and he proceeded to spray and set traps around my house. Unfortunately there was a certain type of ant, probably military grade that just would not succumb to his chemicals. but Lionel never gave up! He went out of his way to find the right chemical to combat these monsters and now I don't feel like a prisoner in my home. I'm so happy and grateful for him.

I would definitely recommend Apex, they came out in April 2024 and I definitely saw a decrease in bugs including scorpions and centipedes. Lionel came out again today and did the 3 month treatment and he did a thorough spray of the inside and outside of the house. Love the service!

Had Apex come out because I was fighting with ants in my yard and my poor turtles were infested. They did great don’t have no any in my backyard super pleased with the service provided!
