I highly recommend AAA Pest Control for residential and commercial use. I'm currently a client and use them regularly. We are currently using AAA Pest Control at my home because of their professional and courteous service and their staff are always on time. They do a great and thorough job and have eliminated 99% of our roach issues. Spiders are gone too. We also hired this heat Company for our commercial needs at the Housing Authority to service all our homes. The Owner Rudy always follows up on Customer satisfaction, even though it's not necessary because not only are their prices reasonable but they are great at what they do. They are above the best the Pest Control Industry. Thank you AAA Pest Control.

I am really surprised to see any negative reviews. I have had nothing but successful and pleasant interactions with all staff and technicians. Ashley and Diana are always so polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are upfront about how pests are just that, pests, and they give detailed directions on how to prepare for the visit. These guidelines must be followed if you want to get rid of pests, so if they come back... that's partially on you. I'm just saying... Anyway, the technician who has come is named Josh and he is so wonderful. He is very experienced and knowledgeable as well and will educate you on how to keep pests under control. I highly recommend this company and that you listen to their guidance. After all, they are the pros. (Full disclosure: I had an epic meltdown because I thought my cat escaped, and Josh was very calm and nice about it and waited for me to find my cat before he left. He could've been really rude, made me feel weird about it, or made the situation worse, but he did not and has a great demeanor. He's also fast and... deadly, but in a good way. Haha.)

I called specifically because we had an abundance of crickets. They came and sprayed did a great job but the crickets were still around, so I called again and under a month and said I need a re-spray because I still have crickets. They agreed came out but then charged my wife the full price yet again for the same problem When I called, they would not reverse the charges because the issue of the crickets was not resolved! So a month later and $270 later…… still have crickets!

Great work. Would recommend. We did a sewer scope, termite inspection, and infrared scanning. Got reports for each.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, I was able to get an appointment quickly. Jared was on time, professional, and very helpful when answering my questions and walking me through the process as he worked. Overall it was a positive experience!

The gentlemen that came didn’t explain anything just sprayed and left not to mention he sprayed chemicals all over the windows in the backyard. He also parked in the drive way and left a big puddle of oil: it was my first time using them never again.

Rudy was great and helped me through the initial process of getting a proper termite inspection. Rudy went above and beyond to make another company’s inspection mistake correct. He should initiative and listened to my issues and gave me a solution to the issue that the other company made. I would highly recommend AAA pest control and plan on using them in the future for another home inspection. Ask for Rudy if you want it done right the first time.

Horrible service. Showed up at a different time that we agreed on. Employee was rude. Ingrid (receptionist) had no clue of what she was doing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Job poorly done

I read a previous review about how the owner, Rudy, was a good neighbor and a great exterminator too! He described a small but kindly service Rudy performed to help him. Well, that sold me, so tired of corporate companies with no human face to them. Rudy came to inspect my house and yard and showed me the icky termites. While there he noticed water coming off my roof and just had to Climb up there to fix it for me! Can you imagine? What a kind thing to do. They will be here in a day to fix all My bugs and termites too! Fast service! I must remember to ask him what I can do about the neighborhood skunk—- Highly recommend, support local businesses! I want to thank Rudy Quezada for his service. I recently bought my first home and I don't know much about taking care of it. He saw a couple of things that needed attention and recommended a simple solution he has personally used. I really appreciate him trying to help because these recommendations were outside the scope of the pest control services. I see how he wasn't trying to sell. He was just trying to be nice and help a young family maintain their home.
