We’ve been extremely happy with our Orkin service, especially thanks to Dakota, who sprays the inside of our home and outside for mosquitoes. He’s always professional, polite, and thorough in his work. Dakota takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers any questions we have, and makes sure everything is covered before he leaves. Terrible Buisness! We setup a Termite monitoring plan. After installation the technicians always made excuses why they couldn't check the stations. They will tell you they are taking care of the situation and never fallow through or reach back out. I reported the issue to the BBB and they responded stating they would issue a refund in November 2025. At this time I still have not received a refund. I had a scheduling issue and could not afford service to begin with and I got hung up on by Tanya. The Cookville location is the closest to my house. We hadn't even had service begin yet.
